My Sustain alpha, phyto-test,primal male, and blueprint log!

So i got in my 8mgs of PMGF ( for research purposes only of course) Gonna start with 250mcgs 2x a week. Then move up to 350mcgs 2x per week then eventualy 500mcgs 2x per week.

Libido has leveled off, no biggy really. Aggressiveness is up, pumps feel good, doms definately kicking in. Between tight hardcore, ephedra, and mx ls7 im wired constantly. Diets been clean as a whistle too. Hoping to drop some fat, with this PMGF i may up the cals again but im not sure yet, as long as i dont dip below 190 im good to go.


Me and raging are killing legs tonight, i may throw in some stupif shoulder things. Did cardio earlier today along with some isolated lat and lower pec movements.

Id have to say my weakpoints would be back width, lower pecs, and side shoulders.
 
Worked legs tonight, really didnt take long at all, we got in and got out.

Tomorrow is an off day, so cardio and abs will be had before work. Still lookin soft and feeling chubby, gah i hate carbs, i may just cut them out all togethor idk. I dont wanna shortchange the peg mgf though, i guess ill just ride it out, im very impatient and i guess 2 days of a decent diet isnt enough time to see if im cutting a little fat :lol:

our new routine is all cluster fvcked cause of my newly aquired days off that i really have off. i am texting you later but i figured i'd post cause you are on here as much as your phone.

Yea no kidding and since i work allllll day friday and saturday i cant do what we were gonna do friday, so i may end up doing that tonight, either shoulders or chest and bis.


Anyways guys, diets still clean, hungry as hell all the damn time, quit annoying to be honest even though i am eating a good amount. Making me some spaghetti with ww pasta and ground turkey today for my bfast meal. :bb3:


Abs and cardio will be done today hopefully before work, then maybe that workout tonight with friday n saturday off.

P.s. Travis ur back is disgustingly wide.

Alright guys, went and did shoulders by myself tonight. Got in got out and got on with my life, it was a quick workout but i definatel blasted the hell out of them and my traps. After the workout i pinned 20mcgs igf in the left shoulder ( pinned 250mcgs pegmgf in my right the other night)..

Just got done eating some spaghetti with ground turkey in it instead of a shake. Tomorrow im grabbing a kilo of bcaas and atleast 1 bottle of xfactor. See how this turns out, if need be i may add dermacrine to this cycle and take out the sustain for now. Libido was higher today, focus and diet were right on. Did cardio and abs this morning btw.

Pinning PMGF in a little, then 20mcgs igf after the workout. Gotta find the places to pin this ish lol.. Diets been clean today, ate a boatload of carbs this morning. mmm it was goood! lol

You should totally sub the derm for the sustain and then save the sustain for afterwards! Im jealous of this stack man!

Im thinking about it, i just wanted to give my body a rest from ALL hormones whether it be dhea or something like some superdrol. This is the longest ive gone without hormones in a while and id like to push myself farther without altering my hormones for a little bit. I belevie week 7 starts monday of not being on anything and so far so good! Dermacrine does sound good though!

Im pretty sure derma will be the base of my next stack, which im thinkin will involve hdrol and 1ad, and if not 1ad then mmv2. :thumbsup::bb3:

Ok guys, hit chest and bis tonight. Pinned 250mcgs of PMGF in my right trap about 7 hours before the workout. Im redoing my pin schedule for pmgf which is why i pinned it today. I then pinned about 20mcgs of igf in my right chest, and all i can say is owwwwwww. I forgot how much AA stings in my chest muscle. Fvvvcckkk!!! lol

Anyways the pump tonight was rediculous! Strength was so so nothing crazy, sitting around 196 or so, i fluctuate a ton. Im really hoping to drop some bf while adding some lbm especially once i add in some hormones eventualy.

Got 2 bottles x factor and a kilo of BCAA's ordered today. So ill be dropping my fishoil down to one cap a day probly at night if at all. I wonder if CLA is still ok to take, guess ill go searching unless someone who chimes in will know.


Tomorrow will be abs and LI cardio.

Ive added in receptor since i had some here. Today was a rest day outside of cardio and abs. Only did about 22 mins cardio or so before i had to skat to work. Diets been clean today with good foods. Tonight may not be to clean though lol.

Tomorrow will be a rest day as well. Sunday may be a rest day, definately a cardio and abs day for sure. May do some extra back work or some trap work, or maybe more shoulders idk just yet.
 
Just got back from a quick workout. Was pumped as hell! It seems like today i cant seem to get hungry, maybe its the IGF? Im not sure to be honest, its only been 3 pins. Anyways i pinned 40mcgs in my left shoulder today. Every 3rd day im gonna pin 40mcgs as my routine for IGF, pegmgf sundays and wednesdays uppin it to like 350-375mcgs a shot. Then 500 the week after that.

So far so good guys weight holdin steady at 199-200. Off to eat! :bb3:

Idk what i was trying to say, but what i was meaning to say was i cant manage to stay full. I was always hungry yesterday, we shall see if today is the same.

Went to eggplatter last night with travis, and killed 2 meals, then ate his toast and 4 bites that was left of his waffle. I must say i killed the dinner table lol.

Drank a couple beers last night to relax and slept pretty decent. We may hit the gym today, work some extras in, like legs n so forth. :bb3:
 
Ok guys so i got in my bulk bcaas and my 2 bottles of Xfactor.

I screwed up the dosing for my bcaas cause im dumb and was in a hurry but i have a shitload of bcaas mixed into 3 liters. So much that idk if 2 crystal lite things will make it taste good and i dont mean the packets :lol:. Anyways dosed the x factor today and ill be sipping on the bcaas , and starting tomorrow about 15gms of bcaas mixed in sipping through the day.

Worked back and tris tonight. We were there for stupid long but we had a great workout. Pump was good, strength was decent, deadlifts are startin to come up again after i had hurt my back. I was sweating my friggin ass of though.

Weighed in today at 202 btw. Kinda shocked me , hopefully ill hold it and put on some more good weight. Dropping the phyto-test as i dont think it will really benefit me right now, almost out of blueprint as well. Nothing crazy noticed from that but it was decent i guess. No recomp effects really or anything either.

Well when right before i came off i was 207, then added in the MMV2 which brought my BF down some to about 202, hopped off and into PCT, was at my lowest around 193-195, now im sitting at 202. I fluctuate weight like crazy. I dont look smaller, have put on a little bit of bf maybe 2% or so which im working on bringing down now. Id ultimately by xmas like to be 210-215, solid, not sloppy.. We shall see if this happens or not. :lol:

I might have missed it, but what is your AA cycle going to look like. You trying 1g for 50 days, or doing higher dose?

I wish there was an easier way to asses BF, the tanita scales are tempermental for me and no calipers at my gym. I usual do it visually, and try and keep some ab definition lol.

Started at 750 for about 4 days, then upped it to 1250 from here on out, may go up to 1500, 50 days at the minimum, if i keep gaining ill go 60-75 who knows! :lol:
 
Workout was great tonight, we did some shoulders, traps, and some calves, and i did some abs and obliques.

Tomorrow will be cardio and some abs probly. :bb3:

I actualy ended up trading it away. I was at the end of my 1st bottle and into the 2nd and just didnt feel much at all. Was really dissapointed with it.

Got my spacers in today which will make eating difficult but they are only in for a week so ill just deal with it.

wow, it seemed like it was starting to kick in nice right at the end of first bottle.
 
It was pretty weird, the first week the euphoria was there, 2nd week the aggression was there then it dropped off. Im not sure really, just didnt do much for me.

These spacers are giving me a headache, and im trying not to take any pain meds so the xfactor wont be combatted.

We decided to do chest and bis tonight so ill report once im done!

I love working out traps. By far my best bodypart. I don't have to do much and they grow nicely. However, i hit those bad boys VERY heavy. I showed trip how to man up and hit traps the right way........heavy as sh*t on the smith machine with some straps.

I also like getting a more complete motion with DB shrugs as well.

Well today has been an all liquid diet outside of a couple deli cuts, and not by choice mind you. These spacers are wreaking havoc on my mouth.

Reguardless of the crappy cal intake prior to working out, i still got in, did my thing, had a great pump, strength was definately on par and it was a productive workout.

Tomorrow i will try and get in to do cardio along with abs before heading to work.

Raviolis is my new best friend for right now, still cant eat or chew anything, really starting to get to me to be honest. I hate not being able to eat and chew my food.

Anways today was a rest day, tomorrow ill work something, maybe shoulders im not sure, i will also get in cardio and slam some abs and calves along with forearms.

Thats what i want too!! I figure it should be the perfect approach to a nice ******** with a tadddd bit of fatloss. Hahaha that it has, that it has! Definately will keep everyone updated!
 
Hit the gym today. Did a set of bis, then hit full sets of traps, calves, forearms, side laterals, front laterals and a set of arnould presses. I then proceeded to hit upper and lower abs, and kicked out 35 mins of carido..

Stepped on the scale and it read 197.5. Still looking big and vascular so i wont complain. Leaner by a little bit too.
 
Alright guys tonight will be either legs or back. Raging wants to switch up the rotation again since he needs to bring up his legs and he wants to compete next year. So we shall see whats going on with that.

Weight is at about 195. Raging says my shoulders and arms look leaner which is usualy where i get leaner first so hopefully its good weight im droppin.


Anyways we did back and tris tonight and i did some flys. Gotta bring up my chest its laggin a bit.

Felt strong and felt good!

Nothing crazy so far, libido seemed up today. Appetite was up today so maybe its kickin in a bit.

Tonights leg workout flat out sucked, was NOT motivated, and my ipod died after the 3rd set. Way to kill a workout. Nonetheless i still did 3 sets hacks, 3 sets sldl, 3-4 sets for my calves, and 2 sets leg extensions.
