Damn , I wish I had 5g of form! I don't mess with alot of PH stuff, but I was itching to try that out TD... after it ran scarce lol.


Form is definately good stuff. Tonight we hit up shoulders, they were burnin like a mofo! Got in did my dance n got out. Felt a little ill since im such little cals right now. Feel good though outside of that!
 
Decided to take today off. I also stopped X factor as i think it would be smarter to use it during PCT. Maybe ill combine it with Max-Out from I-force who knows.

I also dropped the 1-ad , picked up some 3-ad. So this is what im running.

Yea tonight im hitting back/chest/bis/tris haha..

Ive gone into full cut mode. Im not sure if anyone has felt this way but i just feel sh!tty on anabolics now. When i was off of them for the last 7 weeks i felt great, now i feel like ****. Maybe ill just hold off on anabolics and keep it natty for a while and see where i get.

I change my mind like i change boxers but i cant stand to feel like ****. Run down, no energy, typical bullshit. So im gonna hop off for a bit, see if my energy and my will and drive comes back.
 
Got in and knocked out back, bis, some chest, and some tris as well.

Good pump going for the most part, sweat was definately up.

Tomorrow is good ol leg day!
 
Alright guys, today was leg day. I was weak but damn did it hurt to walk after the workout! Could hardly walk down the stairs after like 5 mins of cardio!


Got some DTH, JP8, Core ABC, and 6 oxo on the way. So i shall implement those somehow without using to many things.
 
Damn bro, You are on derm and form, I'm surprised you are not feeling too hot about getting in the gym and tearin' it up. Both of those do wonders for my motivation and well being. One thing that works for me, when I am feeling tired of routine and lifting(which is quite rare but it happens) I take a week off. I eat whatever I want, go out and have a few cervezas, and try to forget about the madness. It works well for me. After a week of that, I am itching to feel the burn again.
 
2 days off from the gym feels like a week to me. I dont think I could do a full week without trying to pick somethin heavy up :bb3:
 
Yea i had just taken like 4 days off a couple weeks ago. Im not sure what it is really.

Im gonna stay natty for a while i think outside of the PMGF i have. Im likin the natty gig right now for some reason, hated it before, love it now, kinda weird haha.

Anyways tonight is a weird night, gonna hit a couple of things, mostly, some arms, calves, forearms, abs, and then hit up a nice cardio session. :bb3:
 
Got in tonight and friggin rocked it out. Strength is up which i was surprised, first full day with no carbs in me and i still killed it. Pump was sick and vascularity was disgusting! Also got in 30 mins of cardio.

Tomorrow is chest and cardio! :bb3:

For sure man! I find it help keeps me accountable, not that i wouldnt be normaly but i look forward to posting my results.

I also found the bombest sauce ever today for meats, eggs, potatos, whatever you want it on!

Its so simple too! Low carb Ketchup, honey mustard. :lol: :twisted: I for some reason feel like im cheating when im eating this. I had it with pork and green beans today and man oooo man! Lovin' it!

I was so stoked when i tried it, i seriously thought to myself... no ****in way! :lol:


Got in and did chest tonight, me an Ragin friggin killed it. We were pumped and vascular is was sick. I didnt kill it with weight but i sure made it count, supersetted incline DB's with incline fly's. That really set off the vascularity coming in , in my upper chest. Did a couple sets of back rows for shits n giggles.

Ended up doing flat bench, incline DB, incline flies, flat press machine, 2 sets of slow controlled dips, about 4 or 5 sets of lower pec flies and upper pec flys, then did 25 mins of cardio.

Makes for a killer pump and a good way to pre exaust ur upper pecs! My upper pecs are lagging a bit so im trying to kill em! :lol:

Today i weighed in at 191.5 so ive lost a total of like 8 lbs so far which most is water and glycogen but i am definately looking leaner!

I knocked out back today, workout was very good, although the pump wasnt there the contractions felt strong and felt good. I made sure form was spot on as well.

Then proceeded to do about 25 mins cardio after. When i get done at work tonight i shall do abs and another 30 minute session or so.
