Also too, it is NOT impossible to get lean and vascular without clen/steroid cocktails.
Sporto is also natural yet somehow he also got in the same condition (and eventually even drier/leaner/harder).

That "before" picture of you just looks like a fat little kid (maybe 12 yrs old) with no muscle. Then 7 months later, you see a much more "adult" looking body that is extremely vascular with a lot of added muscle. Personally, I don't even think the two are the same person. There is no reason to not uncover the faces of these is there? Black out the eyes just like you did on the other pic you had a couple months ago --- which, now that I think about it looks a lot like the before picture ie. no muscle on the frame at all.For hollywood stars with a busted 'base body' getting into shape in 12 weeks, yup. With the exception of a few hollywood stars, most of them don't live a bb'ing lifestyle. Not even close.
This took me 7 months of eating strict. I can't say I gained an insane amount of muscle, def. less than 10 lbs. It was more of a cutting up phase for me.
Hollywood seems to always gain muscle+cut up all the time. I can't gain muscle/cut up simultaneously. Even at being extremely strict, I'd only be able to make minimal gains. I am one of those people who has to do it in seperate phases.

My legs were overpowering before so I lightened the weight and they shunk some.
Wheb I take another picture again ill get a picture of legs.

Did you see any real difference between cardio after working out, to cardio on its own day?
Im doing something similar right now. Im doing as much protein as i can stomach. keeping my carbs less than 200 ED. And every few days ill either carb up, or not eat any carbs.
Seems to be working. I've been able to keep my size, but im steadily losing my gut.
9-10%? I'd wager ~7-6%; you're selling yourself short. Perhaps the "androgenic" look could have come from oxygen deprivation- I notice I assume the same crazy vascular look when I force the blood to rush to my head, but I'm pretty "veiny" anyhow. Could be a reason for whiting out the face, too.
Anyhow, you're straight shredded, nice job.
I don't see what is so hard to believe here.. You can clearly see he is not huge. He is pretty well proportioned, and is in great shape. Not like he posted that before pic, and for his after pic he is 190 and 9% body fat..
To go from a chubby 190+ down to a shredded 170-175, should not be that hard to believe..
You can't compare musculature, and vascularity of him at 20%, with a shirt on, standing there, to him shirtless, sub 10%, flexing.
Let me know if you try it and see any difference.
reaper, how is/was your energy level when you cut your carbs low? Did your energy level suffer? If so what did you do to help with this?
Umm your much lower than 9-10% in those pics. I'd say as low as 5-6%
I've noticed that the step-on scales seem to estimate slightly high for some reason.....that is if it even works.
I haven't gotten a test where I am put into water, but I did have one many, many months back where I had about 10 electrodes put on me and hooked up to a machine to measure BF%.
This was back in Dec '06.
I'm contemplating getting some calipers, but I'm not sure how accurate those are either.
How did the Orastan-A work out for you. Didn't you say you were running it after X-factor.
Yah those scales suck... an experienced impartial eye is pretty accurate. I would take my estimate to be a good one.

Rergarding the 300 thread, Gerard did exactly what you say you did, cut the fat/uncover muscle in 20 weeks.
Cutting 14lbs in 7 months isn't a lot at all. You don't have to 'live a bb'ing lifestyle' to drop a little fat...
