lol it's slow melting but it looks even more impressive because it's all fat coming off. I have dieted down many times but I have never seen muscle stay like this. I would estimate that it is taking 3 maybe even 4 weeks to lose a percentage but who cares. I have no timeline.

I still have 2 bottles of Napalm. As soon as the clen gets in I will continue use.

I was able to increase the weight yesterday for my chest exercises and felt I got a marginally decent chest workout. I have one more week with this routine. I think I will go slow reps with the next routine, this will enable me to do some compound movements and keep the weight lower so it should be fairly safe.
 
good log DW. how tall are you? What is the nature of the shoulder injury?

I am very close to 6 feet.

My shoulder injury is a tear in the cap muscle.

Well the Cytomax did make a difference I definitely got extra reps in. I payed for it afterwards though, but a monster workout for sure.

I am down to 240.8 which pretty much is on par with what I am seeing in the mirror. Really love the changes I am seeing.
 
Forgive folks for I have sinned it's been 5 days since my last update.

I seem bigger harder and leaner. Not seeing changes as quickly as I was earlier in the run though. Then I have not used Napalm the last couple of weeks still waiting for my clen. I will go ahead if it's not in by tommorow, this is just ridiculous.

Shoulder seems to be getting stronger but there are days where there is still quite a bit of pain.

Well if I don't know after all this time then I never will. lol

Yes my knowledge and years of workout logs have given me the ability to make some decent gains while I am injured and rehabbing my shoulder. Heavy lifting is the best way to gain but not the only one. Besides I don't really care too much about gaining more mass at my age. I am already very large.
 
Damn! It never ceases to amaze me I look in the mirror and definite fat loss is evident and then I am up half a pound on the scales. Recreate rocks! and so does IGF2 and I knew drive was good as I have used it many times before.

With the combo of IGF2 and a maintenance dose of formestane my libido is through the roof.

Shoulder is slowly getting better but it will be a while, I'll do 4 or 5 weeks of slow reps and hopefully after another week rest I will be back in form.

My son is down and eager to get started, he is still pretty damn huge even though he has not done any exercise in over a year he doesn't look too bad. We are going to own that gym in a few months mark my words.

With his new attittude and natural strength, look for a 600 lb plus squat inside six months. That will make the pussies at this gym pass out.
 
Some nice fat loss in the last couple days, this weeks weigh in will be interesting. Well maybe insignificant as it quit making sense quite some time ago. I have no business being still over 240 and yet I am.

Today my boy is going to the gym with me for the first time in a very long time, we will have to take it slow with me injured and him out of shape but our day will come.

I think the fat loss has definitely slowed down, it's probably gone to losing a percentage point a month from ever 3 weeks but that's ok, I have the rest of my life to reach my goals. Hey I like the sound of that I think I'll put it in my signature.

IGF2 is made by Applied Neutricals which is another supp company from this board, they have a lot of good herbal products such as Drive (you may have the same stomach issues with that) They make a great Creatine/Nutrient partitioner called Neovar.

As far as fat loss many people like (as do I) Leviathan/DCP stack Leviathan is Palo Alto Labs and DCP is RPN.

We are not supposed to give out sources for illegal products which clen is. Anyhow I ordered mine a month ago and still have not received it so I would not use my source.

I actually have some samples comeing of the Neovar, I had heard of the A/N IGF-2, thought that might be the one you were talking about. Imay have to give it a try.

Fat loss, I'm pretty close to my target there, but my overall weight is lower than I want. So looking to add a little weight back.

Didn't know clen was illegal, so never mind on that. OOOPS


May just get the Napalm for that last little bit of lower abdomen area.

I forgot how absolutely painful slow reps could be it was exquisite. Shoulder acted up a bit but seems to be ok. I loved the routine. Kris my son was so embarassed he could hardly lift any significant weight after being off for so long. I can tell you one thing though, there is still a lot of dormant muscle there and what a bone structure. He is too large to ever be a bodybuilder but tremendous powerlifting potential here.

I am really jazzed about what I am seeing in the mirror the last couple of days. It's like the fat loss is beginning to accelerate once again. There is a real ebb and flow to this product (recreate). In some ways I can see where less patient users could get confused. Very exciting though I feel like I am really turning a page here. I have no explanation why the fat loss is like this. I have no experience with a situation where you lose fat and only fat so it's a new experience.

Ok I weighed in at 239.6 this morning so the scales and the mirror seem to be in agreement for maybe the first time since I started all this. I have maintained really good size, I don't think I have ever retained this kind of muscle mass at this weight. I am extremely pleased with these products.

Good workout yesterday, we took it easy and I am content with the fact that I did not try to overdue it and still got a nice pump in.

Shoulder feels pretty good, I will slowly increase the weight over the 5 week plan and hopefully I will be ready for a moderately heavy routine after my week off following this one.
 
This stack continues to impress, increased fat loss, high libido good energy and muscle hardness.

A page is being turned I am really looking more cut on an almost day to day basis for the last week. I expected that fat loss would slow down and indeed it did seem to for a brief period but now it seems to have sped up again like I mentioned in my last post.

You know that I am a big Recreate fan but it keeps on surprising. I was good at first but it keeps getting better. After 10 weeks I am getting some of my better results. I know that it is recommended that I stop after 12 weeks but it is going to be dificult. I love this stuff.

IGF2 has turned me into a horny old bastard...well I always was but it has made me worse or some may say better. I know that a lot of it also has to do with my maintenance dose of E-Form but my libido is very strong. I just turned 50 yesterday and I feel like I am 30 in all aspects.

Good muscle hardness at all times, pumps are silly big. I just look scary big at the gym. 240 lbs and reasonably cut is damn big. I can't wait till I drop down to around 10 or lower. I have to be pretty close to 11% by now but I will wait for the seratusis to show more, I can see an outline now.

It all depends on how his rehab goes, about 2 weeks before he turned 18 I witnessed him do 550 for 2 reps, it was an awsome sight.
 
Ok time for a summary.

Fat loss - Even though I did not lose a ton of fat, I was able to continually get leaner at a steady pace while I actually gained a little muscle.I have never experienced anything quite like it. I dropped around 3-4% body fat and lost maybe 3 lbs. My final weight was 241. I did this while I was not on a strict diet I ate at around mainteinance.

Muscle gain - there is definitely some small size gain this is the most lean mass I have ever attained. 241 at 11-12%. If I had not been injured God knows what I would have accomplished. My injury did teach me that less is more though, I knew this true but was suprised to see how much less I could do and still make progress.

Libido - was very, very good. I will not go into details sure everyone will appreciate that.

Sides - I did experience and am experiencing occasional light headedness/dizziness. At first I thought it might be the supps so I stopped a few days ago. Now I think it might be he PGH, I have been on it 5 days on and 2 off for about 7 months now, I guess I should give it a break. There was some minor gastral sides from time to time nothing too bad.

One thing I have decided is this is going to be my last big stack for a while. I just get the feeling I am overdoing it and that I might be able to get just as much out of running a couple supps. I am thinking Prime and Recreate for a stack and use up the rest of my Napalm.

The injury was not as dibilitating as some might think. I used some fairly effective routines that invlovled lighter weight and high intensity. I was able to make good progress, not as much as I would have been able to do with heavy weight which is the best way to gain mass, but it's not the only way.

Wish I could have handled the Recreate, but the stomach just didn't cooperate. LOL


Still able to lose abut 1 lb a week withoout the supplements, so can't complain about that, just energy a little low.

Look forward to watching your continued progress and learning from it as well.
 
Here's an idea for you. Try running some drive at a very low dose and slowly ramp it up till your doing 4-6 a day without incidence. This will climatize you to the the forskilin, then you problems with recreate should be minimal.
 
Hey guys.

I decided to continue with this log rather than start another. I stopped the supps for 4 weeks and will start up again on Sunday.

I am basically using the same ingredients 1 have:

8 weeks of recreate left
6 weeks of Napalm
3 of IGF2
3 of Drive

I decided to split up what I have left in a 8 week cycle as follows.

weeks 1-8 Recreate
1-3 Napalm
4-6 Drive
3-8 Napalm

I have some old Activate left over so I will probably use that up weeks 7-8
 
Games on:

My restart weight is 242 which is up a couple lbs since I stopped for 4 weeks, my body fat level is lets say around 14%but that will change fast as will the weight. I will recheck my weight late in the week because some could be water weight. I took a week off and that usually has me gaining. I fully expect to be under 13% by the time I start the Napalm.

Not a lot to report so far as it's early but I did want to mention how I love this clean energy I am feeling. It's a real feeling of well being. The one thing that is kind of odd is I get a for lack of a better word kind of numb feeling around my eyes and forehead when I take reacreate. It's hard to explain the feeling. It seems harmless but nonetheless strange. It's not there all the time seems to come and go.
 
Little update did my weigh in today and as I assumed there must have been some water weight. I weighed 239.2 down a bit which is probably a good thing.

I am loving the clean energy and thermo effect of Recreate as always. My workout seemed very easy and crisp, there was some dissapointing problems with my shoulder and I had to back off a bit but I felt strong and had very good stamina. I just chewed it up and spit it out, which is good for a first day back.

I will got back to isolation movements for shoulders and arms as the shoulder exercises in this routine are theraputic. I will be doing lower reps however to work a bit more on strengthening. The super sets will keep the intensity high though. It will be fun...
 
Ok here's a development, I was inexplicably stronger in all movements...

I have no explanation.. the only thing I am doing differently this time is I started using Biostatin which contains a super anti-oxidant called Astaxanthin which was mentioned in an anti-aging thread. It does say there are strenght and endurance benefits.
 
Well I could not do squats yet I tried but the position just causes to much shoulder pain and I need my concentration doing squats, so I did single leg press instead. Legs were definitely strong and I did some awsome core work.

Ok I do see some fat loss after the first week, not a lot but my diet was not as good as it could have been this week, I'll clean that up this week and should be seeing some nice changes by the end of the week.
 
Weighed in today at 248.6 which is down a bit and refects what I am seeing in the mirror which is some minor fat loss. The diet was not great this week but hey I still lost fat so not complaining. I did not reach my goal of under 13% but I am likely under 14...

I will be starting the Napalm on Sunday so I will have to make sure my diet is a little cleaner than the last 2 weeks to take full advantage. Still eating around maintenance calories (well a little over with the cheating) I see no reason to change that.

Strength was good in the gym and muscles are feeling nice and hard. My shoulder is still troublesome so no heavy weight yet but I am increasing steadily and getting some benefit.
 
Ok, the Recreate's kicked back in, some nice changes noticed over the weekend.

I started using Napalm yesterday, used up all the IGF2 and started in on the rest of the Drive. I feel fantastic, lots of extra energy. I attribute this to a lot of factors, but one of the key reasons is I bumped up my E-Form intake to around 80 a day. I will continue like this for a another week or so then stop for a while. I will start E-Form back up at around 80 again when I start using Prime.

Workouts are good but still can't really go heavy, shoulder is better but will be a while untill I can really go hard. I am hoping it mends up over the next 6 weeks cuz I won't start using Prime till I can Rock.
 
Ok some developments here, as I mentioned there are some nice changes fat loss wise I was quite pleased. The weight had been going down a bit which seems normal. Well I got back on the scale expecting to be down to around 237 and change based on the fat loss I saw and I was 239.4... yah it's happening again I actually gained. I guarantee you this I did not gain any fat and I further guarantee that I lost at least a pound of fat. My diet was tighter, I did more activity I am significantly more defined. This stuff is amazing. I have never had body comp like this and my strength is up!!

The addition of Drive may be a factor I don't know, but my muscles are hard and I am feeling huge.

Know effect from the Napalm yet but it's only been a week.

It's hard for me to judge myself as i tend to show abs early and have a lot of fat in the back. I will revise my estimate based on some feedback from a friend. I estimate that my lean body weight as of late last week was 200 lbs making me 16% I will estimate my lean body weight on a weekly basis based on the differences I see and the weight on the scale. I will use this to come up with a new estimate. One this is for sure I am much leaner than when I started all this.

I'm the opposite of you, I got some crazy genetic abdominal fat. The only time I really get rid of it is when I get down to <8%.

Formestane is quite interesting, and if we get that ether version at NP I'll probably be doing some of that. It will be a vain 20th Bday present :)

I am using E-Form still, I have started using it only on workout days 100... I get a really nice libido boost and am hoping this will allow be not to have to up the dosage to much or too soon. So far it is just great...

Yes I have to go sub 10% before all the back fat starts to come off. I don't know if I can do that without being extreme with diet. I really don't want to go there so I am trying to recomp as low as I can and see where that takes me. I have the rest of my life so no hurry lol
