Personal Commentary: Good workout, strength increases again ,which was good to see, and a really nice pump as I've come to expect from Epi, the strength increase were mostly seen in shoulder press and close grip bench, which is good, as these are areas I am lacking I feel. The strength increases were so good I'm tempted to throw in another week or two, I will decide later in the week.

Had another weigh in today, came in at 90.1kg's (198.636 lbs) So that's the heaviest I have ever been, and I'm pretty damn lean, so I'm very happy.

I'm going to eat like a beast this week, and try get another 2.2lbs out of this... I think I can do it, no matter how dirty I eat Epi seems to keep me lean, I can only imagine the potential of this products when run straight.

Eating big will definitely help. If someone my size can get away with eating as much (if not MORE sometimes) as you, and still stay fairly lean while gaining, then you can definitely do it. And since the Epi is keeping you lean, you can be really bad, especially if it's only for a week, LOL...

Workout was great, good intensity, great endurance, and of course good pump. Calves went really well to, really happy with todays workout, and it's tempting me to give another week a go.

Personal Commentary:Great great workout, strength still climbing and I'm as lean as ever, abs are really showing through now, good pumps as usual, endurance is sky high, recovery amazing and feel good feeling. Only down side is libido loss.

Pretty happy with where I'm at, and may do another week since results are really coming on strong now.

haha I was being dramatic. I have Celiac disease. Allergy to wheat/most oats due to contamination/barly/rye/other grains i dont even know the name of. Crazy way to live man.

Woke up today feeling like I had a bit of a cold... bit tired etc...
So I'm going to start my PCT rather than drag this out when I might have to stop short due to being sick.

So without further adue:

PCT

Weeks 1-4:
Post Cycle Support- 2 servings a day
I3C- 3 caps/3 caps/3 cap/3 cap
ZMA- 3 caps taken before bed
Creatine (5g's per day)
HemodrauliX - 6 caps pre workout

Weeks 4-7:
6oxo- 300/200/100

Will weigh in at work on Monday (as this is the scale I always use) so i can give the final results. Thanks for following and I will continue to log my PCT.

nothing major to mention really, just taking the supplements as mentioned previously. I'm hoping libido starts to ramp up again. Cold seems to have really kicked in now, throat is sore as hell, making it hard to eat... frustrating really. I will take this week off, let my body relax and try eat as much as my body will allow.

also have a bottle of IGF-2 and Drive from AN to throw in, any ideas when to use it in my PCT? Or should I wait and use them when PCT has finished?

Hope things start getting better for you, sweets (wouldn't want all that hard work to go to 'waste')...As for the IGF-2 and Drive; I'm no expert on PCTs, but would recommend that you take them both right through (especially the IGF-2, as it seems to really help recovery and LBM gains, whilst maintaining relative leanness. At least it did for me; you may have a different experience). PM Jammie or Dirk perhaps, for the 'expert's' advice...

Hey you :) Yeah it's just my damn throat that's annoying me!! Makes eating that much harder, and you know how I struggle even at my best of times.... Nice to see you briefly as well.. although your kick almost got me in the nuts!! haha :)

PCT Day 3:

throat still a bit sore, had a massive 10hour sleep, which my body obviously needed. Hopefully in the next 2 days or so with lots of water and rest I will be back to normal and doing my PCT training.

Had such a deep sleep, tried 3 ZMA + 2 IGF-2 and man, I was out for the count! Deep sleep for a full 8-9 hours!

Yup much better really, all that Vit-c seems to have worked. Sore throat is 90% better, so I'll take today and tomorrow off and make sure I'm back to perfect.

If your throat is still hurting, try gargling or just drinking a solution of warm water, lemon, and cayenne. I had a bastage of a sore throat earlier this year and cayenne cured in in a few days. Amazing stuff.

Results

starting weight: 193.345lbs
finishing weight: 199.8lbs

I must admit when I first started I really was aiming for a 8lb gain. I need to have my bf% measured again soon, but I am certainly leaner than when I started. starting bf% was 8.9 I think. I'd say it's more like 8% now. so I think this product was ultimately great for a recomp, I have dropped 1% bf and added 6.4lbs.. which isn't bad when I look at it like that. I am now the heaviest I have ever been in my life, and last time I was close to bein this heavy I was perhaps 1-2% higher in BF. My abs have not been this defined in maybe a year or two and good size increases especially in my arms and shoulders.

The good


Great pumps
good size increase in certain muscles
decent strength gains
libido increase from weeks 1-3
few to zero sides
alpha male mentality

The bad


Decrease in libido weeks 3-6
cost (running PCS during and after, plus the other host of things i was taking)

Conclusion

To be honest next time I would run this straight for 4 weeks. The sides were so minimal that it would have been fine to give this compound a decent go. Next time I will do it straight. The loss of libido was a surprise, and perhaps an indication that shutdown is always possible to matter how careful you are, even during a pulse. Next time I would eat much dirtier on this compound as no matter what I ate I leaned out. i believe another 2lbs or so was possible with adding perhaps another 500-1000calories per day to my diet.

I will continue to log this during my PCT to make sure the gains stay and perhaps the strength continues to go up.

The first time you do anything is always like an experiment (and some of the times after, too), where you "test" the waters, so that now you know what will make the next time BETTER. You seem to have figured it out pretty well. Next time those scales will read >200 lb :)

Bicep pump was actually painfull, which is great. Hope PCT continues like this. One weird feeling is I'm quite tired, but Ive heard the IGF2 can make you tired for the first week of use, so I will keep a check on that. I Will continue to pump the calries in and see where I end up.

Oh and man I sweated hard during this workout! Might be drive and hemodraulix kicking in?

See, no worries at all, LOL. Yeah, keep those calories UP, boyo; they're probably what you need the MOST...The pump using NeoVar Recomped is quite good...Yeah, IGF-2 may give you a little nausea too, just for the first week. And the 'fatigue' wears off as well (but that could just be your body getting over the last dregs of an sore throat/infection, etc.)...Keep going strong...

i noticed alot of sweating when using the hemodraulix, not to sure what ingredient cause this but i clearly sweat more when i take it.

people have complained that Im leaving too much sweat on a bench, letting sweat drip onto weights. haha And I wipe the benches down. but seriously who really expects 100% sanitary dumbbells?!

Yeah its about time I chip in on this...lol. :). Anyway, it wouldn't surprise me if the IGF-2 is causing you to feel relaxed...odds are that means its really working well because your feeling the growth hormone release stimulation. However, your lack of motivation could also be stress related. Anyway, whatever is causing you stress...manipulate it to your advantage and turn it into anger...transfer that anger into motivation to kick some ass on the weights...this is a great way to cleanse your mind and help keep your stress levels in check as when your done working out you should feel uplifted. Keep up the solid work man.

Personal Commentary: Good energy today, didn't get much of a kick out of the 3rpm I took pre, due to me taking them with food. Pumps were pretty damn good, especially the triceps. Didn't sweat as much as the other day.. not quite sure why that was. Feel pretty good though and I'm staying quite lean, so that's a positive.

Libido is rising slowly which is good. I'm hoping this is a sign of my test levels rising naturally. Have noticed that my joints have been sore today, especially bench pressing... this may be due to my estrogen levels being really low, also I stopped taking my joint support (which i only took while on epi) and don't normally take... think I will continue on it till PCT is finished.
