Yeah, I didn't want to chime in and sound like an old fuddy-duddy, but alcohol will hinder your goals you've got going on here. I wouldn't hamper my gains. I never drink. Tee-totaler!! I am to as we speak. Let the weekend begin! I don't have any studying to do so I will be relaxing.I went to the pool today and met some girls there and they was some hotties:head: they told me to meet them there tomorrow. So it is on. I seem to be meeting alot of very attractive women lately . when I first moved here I didn't meet to many but now it has been very nice. Not complaining at all.

Todays workout was very good shoulders and tris.
Side raises lbs/reps-15/15, 20/12, 25/12, 25/10
front raises 20/15, 20/12, 20/12
shoulder press db 60/10, 60/8, 60/9, 55/10
bent over flies(rear delts) 30/10, 30/10, 30/10
up right rows 50/15, 60/12, 70/12, 80,10

tri machine (each hand separate) 20/12, 25/12, 30/12
tri press down 55/12, 45/12 40/12
then 55 pounds on the same machine but slow negatives

Felt pretty good all around it Seems that when i get to the gym I don't feel very good, then after 10-15 mins I feel all pumped and ready I might set the time I take the pills to 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours before I go to the gym. We will see how that works.
 
I feel crazy hungry for some reason Haven't felt like this Since the last time I did superdrol. What gives?

Not trying to encourage you to drink but one guy I trained would sub some of his carb calories for alcohol calories on the weekends. He took a little longer to achieve his goal but he did get cut and enjoyed the process more. lol
 
and actually in ketosis, I think alchohol deepens the ketosis rather than taking you out like a carb (rum + diet coke as example)
 
I know I'm going to sound like the "old fuddy-duddy" again here, but alcohol has NO place in your plan right now:drunk:. It raises estrogen greatly, and I don't think you want that!! It is your personal choice however. Make it in good conscience!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
Alright folks I had a looooong weekend but it was fun. I do feel like a piece-o-sh1t for it though. Friday missed the gym becuase i was at the pool all day . I ate preety bad this weekend but it was pretty much just a dirty(very) carb up. I had all sorts of food. then on sunday we made peantbutter snickers cookies(with alot of the special ingredient).
So I did pretty bad this weekend for food wise. I doo feel very lean though so that is the ****.

On to todays workout since i forgot to do back this weekend i did chest and back and tris today. I had a very good pump and nice strength. Felt really good even with my less than ompitmal weekend. I also noticed a nice bicep vein showing up:head: Just feeling good all around today. should have some real abs soon. Can't wait for that:woohoo: So far i am really liking this mmv2 I can't wait to stack some with something not sure yet but will be nice. I think my next cycle is going to be Test enathate 500mg 12-14 weeks with a dbol kick start and some mmv2 preworkout That would be a bad asss stack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey hman85, I believe you might enjoy a stack of MMV2 with superdrol bro. That should be a wicked stack IMO!!:twisted: A strong anabolic coupled with a strong androgenic= strength and size. To answer your ? about pct , I was just going to run the formadrol and psarm combo.
Oh, that's right. Sorry dude, I forgot that they sent you these. I didn't get any PCT stuff, but they gave me 2 bottles of the MMV2, 1 bottle of the Receptor, and a 5 lb. container of their new Lipotropic Protein. I couldn't have asked for more!! They have been so good to us all man!:head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
No gym today I am goign to skip legs today and do them tomorrow. I plan doing some cardio today later.
 
I wish I could get motivated to do cardio more easily. I just can't anymore having burned out the cardio motivational cells over the last year of loosing fat
 
I think its that my only free time to workout or do cardio is first thing in the morning, and its even harder to get motivated for cardio then. Maybe i'll try and sneak in 1/2 hour in the evenings just to get out of the house

Yeah that could work. I wish i could get myself to do some morning cardio.
 
I do all of my training very early in the morning. Cardio and weights. It gets it out of the way. Then I got the rest of my day to do what I either need to do, or want to do. THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
I think i'm gonna start popping rpm mornings, see if it helps. i've been avoiding it cause of fatburner useage, but I think the cardio will help more than a fatburner
 
feeling very lazy today and I had a little bit of a sore throat this morning:sick: Not to happy about that. I think I am going to take today off as well maybe some light cardio not sure yet.:sad:
 
Still feeling not up to par today. Slept till like 1:30 today(I am such a lazy ass) Not sure if i feel up to the gym today might just wait a day and see not sure yet. haven't had the urge to eat much either. I have been getting in 4-5 meals instead of my usual 6-7 meals. Hopefully i feel better tomorrow and can get back on track.

test and dbol is my vote!!!! Thundergod and I will be doing the same thing. It'd be sweet to have 3 cherry popper pinnin' pumpin' pimpin' cycles logged at the same time, lol. I think I found a title for mine :) this would be a great experiment to compare sides, gains, mood, etc between multiple people.

I think hman was saying in my log that he's used gear before. He said he's ran deca before I think. So his cherry has already been popped. But you and I on the other hand....oh yeah!! I'm ready to bust mine wide open!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Yeah my needle cherry has a ready been popped before. But that is probably going to be my next cycle. Can't wait to get some d-bols.

BIG TIME!! Will make you feel like a new man. I use it everyday regardless of how I feel. I notice when I dont use it tho I dont have as much clean energy throughout the day. Helps with sleep too. You should check out the writeup on NP. It does so many good things for you. Logs lookin good btw.

I think mine will end up being oral turinabol, maybe with m1,4add. so a halfway real cycle :)

so since the rest of the mmv2ers are here. I've been dosing @ 5 caps a day, enjoying it, getting nice recomping/hardening effects, some fat loss. I've got a bottle of 3ad now, what do you think of 15 days @ 6 caps a day of that to finish off my cycle? and maybe bump up to a ckd style lean bulk

Thats sounds like it would be a great idea to cap off what you have already done.
