Well guys I am still sick but I can't stand not going to the gym any longer:aargh: I am not as sick as the last 2 days, i just still have a sore throat and don't feel 100%. I can't take it though. I can't do any cardio or anything high intensity but I have to go do something. I might even just lift some weights at the house or go to the gym and do a slower paced less intense workout . What does everyone think about this?
