OK, I was offered to test the new 3-AD thanks to Mace(hype daddy) I was curious about 3-AD, and will give the best feedback that I can.

~Current weight: 186

~Body fat: around 8%

~Diet: very clean

~Workout days: Tues, Thurs, Sat. (and if I can fit it, Sun) most days are full body, and tend to last around an hour and a half.

~Gwen and Alessandra are pregnant :sad:

~Bananas, is what to expect!

~3-AD is about to get worked!

I will take the serving suggested on the bottle unless otherwise informed.

MentalTwitch = Sudden change in mental status and/or behavior. Resulting often in negative/out of place action or an odd eye catching event.

ie- I twitch my head before heavy lifts. I get stared at sometimes at the gym.
