Would this really be an Oral you take oraly or an oral? Id jump all over this in a heartbeat. I can see it now. Havoc and Formestane, my new fav!!! :twisted:

I've used formestane quite a bit, but have never ran it orally because of cost factors. I'd be willing to try it out and could very clearly descirbe any comparisons to the TD version.

since you are logging this in my thread i reserve the right to be in on this. i have said for over 2 years now that if someone came up with a oral form product that was effective it would be worth its weight in gold. just cant believe no one has done it yet. go dsade, lets git er done...

Agreed! TheBigT should have global "dibs" on Formestane :head:

T, I'm not one to buy into hype and I can only think of 1 or 2 products that I'd ever wanted to actually do a test run for. This is VERY interesting bro!

thanks celc, what i am confused about is if dsade is right and adding an ether to it will make it more bio-available, why the hell has'nt someone done this before. it sounds too fricking easy. and yes i am very interesred in this, as ive been pushing for someone to do this for a long time...

I'm definately in for trying or testing this product, I haven't used much of anything but the staples for awhile so results should be noticable. However, I'm not nominating myself just volunteering. Some other guys contribute more to the board but my job keeps me away for pretty long stretches. Unfortunately I am in the over 35 category that form really seems to help. Hope this product comes to pass soon. Big T should be at the front of the line for sure. Peace.

4 hours. That's another reason why it's a pain to take orally. You'd have to meticulously weigh out your doses in milligrams to split things up for 4 even doses throughout the day.

I don't believe so to a great extent, just allow for the compound to bypass FIRST pass metabolism, and give it more of a chance to contact aromatase and deactivate it before it DOES hit the liver.

So, actually to qualify, it might affect half life somewhat, but not to a great degree.

Remember, though, that these are SUICIDE aromatase inhibitors. Once they attach to aromatase molecules, those molecules are deactivated permanently. The body has to resynthesize the enzyme. Half-life is not AS much of a big deal as getting as much of the the Formestane around/through the liver and into the bloodstream as possible.

This might sound really dorky...but this is really exciting.

Do you know that esterifying will work as you're predicting (ie is there any pre-existing research on this)? Or are you just going to have to see what happens?
 
We are using an ether, not an ester....and yes, we are just hypothesizing and basing on the success of the 1-t ethergels from Molecular Nutrition. The compounds are of the same general "type" with the same first pass metabolism problem. It makes this an ideal candidate for lymphatic delivery.

We have got structure verified, now just waiting on final price and lead time. This is usually about 3-4 weeks.

Shooting for early April for final product.

for guy's our age this might be a great product to cycle long term, maybe 2 month's on one month off. sort of like a hrt. but imo, less sides. definately no excess estrogen, can't believe some doc's put patient's on testosterone treatment with no anti-aromatase. a year ago a guy at work was prescribed andro-gel, kept telling me how much better he felt-sex drive,motivation, strength everything. now a year later he can't even wear t-shirts at work, he's growing boobs. ive been debating telling him about formastane- he's an ass.

Good to know, I was thinking on cycle of furazarol and right through pct which would be just about right.

I've always wondered about that. On the flip side, having the doc is advanatageous because regularly scheduled blood tests make sure cholesterol and such remain in check.

I sure hope form never goes to prescription :nono:

yeah, the dude is an ass. if he were a decent guy i would have told him about formestane or even novadex xt a long time ago. i agree celc, formestane needs to stay out of the hands of doctors that have no expertise in this stuff. can you imagine prescribing ando-gel long term with no estrogen control, we flame people for a 4 week cycle of a ph without proper pct. this guy' been on test for over a year!!!

Can you imagine a dr prescribing testosterone cypionate at 600mg once a month? luckily the guy and dr realized it was a mistake after the first month, but christ thats nuts. It had to spike pretty high, and stay there just long enough to suppress him some, then dump back down. more like 200mg 2x a week for cyp.

easy, it is my opinion that when seeing a doctor about anything hormonal, you research first so you can educate the doctor. fortunately, if i ever need hrt i will be prepared. you can bet i will be using formestane.

the best i have used is bps formasurge.....but from my research even though i haven't tried it-yet...i would have to say formeron!!! if my calculations are correct it contains 5gm of formestane, that is the highest content i have seen.

would really love to see a company bring back bulk formestane!!!!
