How are you dosing your Clen? Orally or transdermal? If oral, what is your planned dosing schedule?

what speeds do you run on the treadclimber? I use their T916 intervals, and set it to 30 sec of 4mph with 1:30 of 2.2mph, with the 4mph time at max treadle. man is that rough
I did 30 min like that today, heart bouncing from 150s to 180s. it does seem less boring than the other machines
I've been pumping the vitamin c, zinc, and ecicanasia (sp?) Seems to be helping. I plan on beeing back 100% by wed.

Lol Thanks Trav! I drug myself to train today. I have been sick for 2 days with a low fever and headache, scratchy sore throat and stuffy nose and tight lungs![]()
I barely made it through training. Especially the one legged squats and all the jumping things... She told me I went white towards the end. I was feeling like I might pass out. But the secondary trainer was behind me telling me I could push through it...so i did!
I hope this passes soon. Its crimping my Arnold style, and it puts me in danger of losing cut and muscle before the arnold![]()
She wants me to cut the tilapia and go to orange roughy as the only meat protein source , but I'm not sure this is possible.
awesome crader, proud of ya!Well despite being sick chest day was good for me. I pumped myself up going in and liked the people I was training with so it made it feel quicker
I was able to bench 95lb today so that felt good. I was strong through all my supersets. Added a zinc supp and Vit D supp in. We also did some minor leg shaping with barbell deads and some ab work.
The trainer and Matt are noticing new muscle growth so that feels good.
