Anavar/ DCP part2

Strength training!...and hope ya got my message about the paravol...hahaha

About 2 days too late, yeah....nothing like taking a MASSIVE dose of Leviathan.
 
Strength training is what I was thinking. She is training more for cut and hardness. So I'm losing size training with her. But I'm feeling chunky:(
 
haha...that'd be brutal eh...good thing the caps are blue and black eh

I just figured you guys used the same caps...seriously, I popped like 6 caps.

Well I think I've decided to do a combo day of both.

I've also added Lean Extreme and clen in for the last three weeks. I'm using B12 in for energy and B6 in as a mild diuretic.
 
How are you dosing your Clen? Orally or transdermal? If oral, what is your planned dosing schedule?

I'm dosing the clen orally. I'm probably going to do 2 days on 2 days off with the lowest dose that I can still feel.
 
Started out with deads today , that was nice! We did our usual weighted lunges, squats, and curls, extensions etc..all supersetted with no rest...I did much better today, no naseau!!! The only part that got me was going to the press machine after my legs were totaly toasted and having her say okay do 3 sets of 10 with 225lbs on it. I did not think I could do it. But I got all three sets done, survival I think, it was fear of being folded up like a taco!!! Finished with 6 sets of 10 for calves at 180lbs.
 
Shoulder day was hard to get through today. Of course we had a new variety of push ups;) I will say, I'm getting a cut across the top of my shoulder:) So I'm doing something right.

But the shoulder pain is getting harder to bear:(

I'm hoping not to miss chest day. She can only train at 9am. Not a good time for me. But I want to make it!!
 
I'll post some close to the 29th. I want to gain as much time as I can to flatten the belly out and get some lean cuts.
 
Well did an early workout today. We hit leg shaping, chest and abs! She tore my abs up. We did an exercise at the end of a chest superset. So on the ab crunch machine I did 65lb x 50 for 4 sets. Did leg kicks x 60 4 times and Did 50 crunches laying down.

I had to do 50lbs x 10 for 4 sets on Bench and single arm flys on the pec deck. Fly entensions , dumbell presses, etc..

Legs were jumping pop up squats and lunges and bench step ups.

I was shaking at the end of chest!

Finished off with 15 mins of nice warm cozy tanning!

Ok back from the gym, round 1. I went and did 10 min of cardio on the Nautilis treadclimber. Hit arms and left.

Tonight at 6pm I train with Natalie for back.

I think until the Arnold I'm going to hit back, arms and shoulders each 1 day in the am. So I'm going to train at night with her and pick 3 days to train twice.

I will hit cardio as well on the extra 3 days.

Well we did ab crunches supersetted with one arm rows.
Abs 30 reps and 50lb x15 for each arm then into the crunches.

I had a really good back day. I left with energy and feeling good. Had good upper and lower back pumps.

Finshed the day with another 10 min of cardio 3.2 speed at a 15 incline.
 
what speeds do you run on the treadclimber? I use their T916 intervals, and set it to 30 sec of 4mph with 1:30 of 2.2mph, with the 4mph time at max treadle. man is that rough

I do a steady 3.4 with max treadles. I love cardio on that. I feel like you get calves and butt all at the same time;)
 
I did 30 min like that today, heart bouncing from 150s to 180s. it does seem less boring than the other machines

And it burns more calories! I did the same speed and a 15 incline on the treadmill and it was only 85 cals. The treadclimber was 135.
 
Lol Thanks Trav! I drug myself to train today. I have been sick for 2 days with a low fever and headache, scratchy sore throat and stuffy nose and tight lungs:(

I barely made it through training. Especially the one legged squats and all the jumping things... She told me I went white towards the end. I was feeling like I might pass out. But the secondary trainer was behind me telling me I could push through it...so i did!

I hope this passes soon. Its crimping my Arnold style, and it puts me in danger of losing cut and muscle before the arnold:(
 
you'll still be better off than me, chris! keep it up! push through it!

i started about 4 weeks too late, i think! will know better next time. I am still pushing hard till the end! :head:
 
I thought I subb'd to this forever ago!?!?

I have been sick the last few days too but have just layed,lol.

I've been pumping the vitamin c, zinc, and ecicanasia (sp?) Seems to be helping. I plan on beeing back 100% by wed.

Make sure you're using the zinc lozenges. It's the only proven effective method for rhino-virus suppression.....and as was already stated.....no gut health?:blink: Let this be a lesson to ya haha......just kidding bro :)

I hope your taking your gut health christine :). It seems like the last few weeks people with Upper Resp. Infections, and flu-like illnesses are flooding the E.R. I'm thanking god i got my flu shot this year. Your progress and dedication is awesome christine, keep up the great work!! Hope you feel better swiftly!
 
I'm taking Gut Health but this is still kicking me hard. Seems to be heading for the lungs.

Well I survived another sick gym day, albeit grouchily:(

We hit shoulders hard today. Half way through my shoulders were hurting so bad I could not reach up to get my water. I survived snarling through the rest of the workout. I swear it was football training today. We supersetted EVERYTHING..well except 4 sets of 30 shrugs.

We did 100 x 4 sets on an ab stand of twists. And 30 x 4 sets of mountain climbers on the floor...football style.

She wants me to cut the tilapia and go to orange roughy as the only meat protein source , but I'm not sure this is possible.
 
Well despite being sick chest day was good for me. I pumped myself up going in and liked the people I was training with so it made it feel quicker:)

I was able to bench 95lb today so that felt good. I was strong through all my supersets. Added a zinc supp and Vit D supp in. We also did some minor leg shaping with barbell deads and some ab work.

The trainer and Matt are noticing new muscle growth so that feels good.

Had a really good arm day today. I was painfully pumped half way through it. Still sick:( I missed back day yesterday. So I can either train early Sunday with the trainer, or Matt Sunday night. I am so not an am person.

Oh yeah. I got the HEAT stack in today. So I'm going to add that in.

Lol Easy, he will slow me down. But I cant do anything Sat night and still get up to train at 9am!
