So I sucked fat nuts at my inclines...I should be shot...for some dumbass reason I never do them. But as you can see that is about to change, I am expecting those numbers to shoot up very fast.

Today makes phase 2 of the almighty PH48 program and I am jacked about it. Feel good, everything is fresh...ready to rock...

Workout was awesome today. Energy was good, and everything was just very very solid all the way around, no struggling with any of the weights or anything. Felt great. I am gaining weight also, yes you heard right, I am REALLY gaining weight. Scale read 212 this morning which is great considering the lbs I am moving around.

Off for two days...going to take tomorrow totally off and go in Thurs. and do some light cardio and ab work.

--- Well, weights were up from last week, reps were up a little. I was a little disappointed with my inclines, but I am still getting used to them and getting my nitch. Incline DB is np at all, but my BB numbers are not where they should be. Its to be expected though, I haven't done them in like a yr before now.

All in all I was pleased, made a little progress from last week which is always a plus. Hittin Back & Arms tomorrow, then its two days of MAX rest and MAX eat. :D

Strayed just a tad from my set routine today, nothing real big --- just felt like doing BB flat instead of DB Incline. And because I was at a friends house and the gym is closed. He has no DB's and his bench is only flat...not adjustable...I made it happen though!!

Was very very happy with today. PR on the Squats...and even the 20 repper I had never done that before. I could've probably done a lot more, but was really tired after the 400x5. Nevertheless I just wanted to try it once and see about where I was at. I honestly think I could get 315x20 fresh. Somewhere down the road I will try it....not any time soon though.

Nice numbers on squat. There's something wrong with you for doing 20 rep sets. 410 on BP is pretty damn impressive as well.

---> Great workout today, REALLY enjoyed the power cleans...those are fun. And I need to be getting more weight than that...but it will come. Haven't worked those in like a yr...really forgot how much of a blast they are. The rest of the numbers were just solid across the board. I need to sit back in my front squats a little more, the bar tipped forward on me at times, nevertheless those are nice for the depth I was hitting.

-~-~-: This week I have been feeling in pretty terrible cardiovascular shape, this is obviously a direct result of me gaining all of this weight. So I was in the mood for a circuit type thing today, and I think thats exactly what I needed (a kick in the arse). I feel SOO much better now after having worked out today....if you read the weight keeping in mind the rest times that was a pretty sick workout.

Off for the weekend...gonna rest up and bring my squat power monday :D...PR anyone?
