Downed a shake (25g whey 25 casein) and a bunch of rice and a granola bar... I have been short on my carbs the past two days so that might be it. Just down about 90 or so hopefully that'll help me refresh tonight. Also took 25 mg DHEA. Should/can I take DHEA everyday during this pulse? Im hitting all major groups twice a week (which I was before the pulse, and responding well to it) but I think it may have finally caught up to me. The increased weight and extra sets are taking a toll on me.
