After carefull consideration I decided to cut some weight from my squat to work on depth and form

Foam rolling at home
Stress at work today then traffic jam on the way home lead to crappy day at the gym i felt really good but was pissed at the world lol
Front squats are still really uncomfortable to me cant get it to rest right
Landmine 180s were good ive done them in the past but moved away from them for some reason
