Strength Tests on Flat Bench and DB Curls. Very happy with strength gains so far. Hope to get some pics the next few days.
As I wind down on the Swole Stack (finished Stoked today, still some Glycobol left) I am adding in Erase and DAA for the last month. Really looking to lean up/dry out over the next 2 months. Cardio will be important as I get ready for an early season triathlon so that will help withe leaning out.
Feb- TestoPro/DAA/Erase
March- DAA/Erase . . . anything else to add in for the dry hard muscles? Oh, maybe AT2 to help with fat burning.
