DOMS are DOMinating me!!!! After working out MTW I am hurting, especially lower back and legs. Did deadlifts on Monday, then squats on Tuesday, then heavy bench on Wednesday. Definitely time to give the CNS a break, going to Hollywood to pickup a few cases of wine, go to lunch, and see a movie at a very nice movie theatre . . . you get to choose your seats when you purchase your tickets. I got FRONT ROW . . . YES!!! JK, it's not a concert.
