Evan666's SNS X-Gels, Bulbine log of DOOM!

Hey guys! I wanted to put up a log showcasing two new products on the market by SNS. X-Gels is their new ArA product, and I am very excited to see this in action as I have no prior experience with ArA.
This log is unsponsored. My goal here is recomposition down to 250-260. I am down from 294lbs on June 21st, down from 340lbs 50%+ BF in 2009. I am eating 1800-2100 calories daily, protein (2-300 grams daily) comes from alr humapro, and tilapia. Fats (<80 g) from fishoil, olive oil. Carbs (<100g) from Southlands Glycomyx and brown jasmine rice.
My starting stats:
Bodyfat: too damn high (20%+)
Training style: intensity, heavy weight, and intensity!
Incline bench: 405 1RM
Lat pull: 305 5RM
Squat: 495 2RM
Deadlift: 405 1RM (can't seem to get them going!)
Barbell Military: 315 3RM
Other supps used: I am a supplement whore by definition. With that being said ill try and not forget any.
SNS FXT (mornings as a wake up)
SNS ALCAR (2g PWO)
SNS Agmatine powder (1g PWO)
CL glycergrow (1g PWO)
CL greenmag (1 serving PWO)
CL OT (3 morn, 3 night)
CL Fishoil (4 ed)
ALRI Humapro (2 serv. Pre and post)
ALRI Chain'D out (2 serv. During)
Southland glycomyx (.5 serv. Pre, post)
DS CRAZE (2scoops pwo)
X-gels (8 pwo mon-fri)
Bulbine (1 morning, 1 pwo)
There is more, but it is stuff I don't really use everyday... ill put it in the log if I do.
As you can see, SNS is a staple brand for me, and I do truely feel that they make some of the BEST products available and keep them dirt cheap. I have a lot of respect for them not selling out to higher margins, and 3rd party testing all their batches for purity.
Ill post up before pictures tonight (don't laugh!) And first day workout notes.

Day 1: (7/12)
Felt pretty good today! I didnt mention prior, but I implement an IF diet structure. Calories came in at 1810 and was able to grill up some top sirloin (omnomnom) fish gets old after a while
I about molested the UPS man when he showed up with the X-Gels! I quickly destroyed the box and tossed back 6 x-gels, agmatine, gms, bulbine, creatine, alcar, and craze because it was time for HEAVY WEIGHTS!
Hit some chest and back supersets, and noticed a pretty bad ass pump. Probably could have cracked a walnut between my chesticles.
Bike: 10 minute warm up
135x25 warm up
185x20 warm up
Superset with hammer strength lat pull 180x15x4
Decline bench, wide grip, full stretch
Superset with hammer strength pull overs
Hammer strength high row
Hammer strength row
270x10x4 (started to gas out a bit)
60° smith incline. Slow stretch
Flat bench dumbell flys
Pretty good workout! Had only about 90g carbs and really started to feel it after the supersets. I drink about 16g bcaas during and that helped. I noticed I got SUPER warm during the workout and was drenched in sweat. I don't know if its too early for x-gels effects, but that was definitely noteworthy.

I know my body really well. I know it sounds cliche but with my supplement experience, I know what does what. There is nothing that I'm using right now that would have a similar effect of the sns products.Originally Posted by hvactech

Feeling great today! Really productive day... but I couldn't wait to go kill arms with the help of x-gels and bulbine!

The pump after this superset was STUPID. I couldn't believe what was going on.. and it only got more pronounced and actually almost painful!

...right about at this time it felt like my skin was going to tear. Literally! Super BADASS!
Overhand grip barbell curls (french curls?)
Dumbbells hammer curls
50x8x3 (meaning 3 sets)
SICK SICK ARM DAY! I can't say it LOUD enough! The pump was pretty much pornographic!

Anyone have any ideas for a HEAVY triceps lift without a spotter? I love skull crushers, but the weight I do makes me nervous without a spot lol

Also respect for putting the pics up brother. I have done the same before and it's tough to do. Good double biceps pose though, you will be a beast one day if you keep at it

I'm interested in these X-Gels you speak of. As far as the before pictures go, shame on anyone that has anything negative to say. Coming down from 340 is quite the journey, and you can just tell with the flexed poses that there is a TON of muscle just dying to burst through. Besides, those numbers you have thrown up for personal maxes would have a lot of us here snapping ALL our **** UP. It's very intimidating, and hella impressive bro!

Woke up EXTREMELY sore this morning! Haha day 3 and already crazy DOMS. Had an only okay workout though.. but I think it was because of yesterdays diet, and I trained fasted today.
What's crazy is I felt pumped all day. I could actually see some vascularity in my arms just at home resting! Pretty awesome if you ask me..
