No doubt, I know my last one for my shoulder, my portion was like $1400 since some of it was deductible, and then the 10% on top of that. So they probably charged a lot more. Yeah, I can see why...

If you intend to pull twice per week, don’t do it - you don’t need much more total weekly volume even when you increase frequency, so a widowmaker is a good way to rip through your recovery...
