I think you’d be pretty happy with either, just be aware some people have stomach discomfort with Alpha One. If you do, try taking it after a carb heavy meal. That seems to delay the stomach... -

I picked that one up in a different flavor and it was good for a few uses. After that, the stim effect diminished pretty quick. I do have a high tolerance fwiw -
