I've been using this at closer to 5 pumps per day during my recent cut and I've been enjoying the results while keeping the estrogen symptoms at bay a bit due to lower dosing.

brundel replied to the thread FORMERON 2024.6-7 pumps per day. I prefer 2 applications per day so 3-3.5 twice a day. Use as much skin as possible and apply to areas of thin skin like upper chest, delts, sides of stomach and inner thighs.
