When Black Lion Research was originally founded our first product was FORMERON.
This was a topical formestane product that was exceptional. Conversion to 4-hydroxytestosterone, lowered estrogen. Just gave users that hard dry look to the muscle. Legendary stuff.
Obviously Formestane is no longer legal so Ive had to spend alot of time working to find something as a suitable replacement.

This new version is better than version 1.
Anabolism is better.
Equal in potency as an AI.
Also increases testosterone levels significantly.
Its like a small cycle in a bottle.

There are some interesting ingredients in this topical but Ill save some juicy bits for launch.

ATRIPLEX dimorphostegia

is a plant native to areas of Northern Africa, Xinjiang and western Pakistan.
This plant is chock full of interesting compounds including several Phytoecdysteroids and several known and prospective anabolic actives. This is likely the most interesing new anabolic plant Ive seen in decades. The issue is that many of the actives have really low oral bioavailability but topically they really shine.
A recent study compared a specific extract of this plant to Testosterone and Dianabol with interesting results.
In this study the Atriplex extract was referred to as "TEAD"


Weight gain and muscle mass.
Testosterone and Dianabol both increased the rate of muscle growth by 80%
20-HE by 76% and TEAD by 112%!
(This shows that TEAD had a 32% Greater increase in the rate of muscle growth than both test and Dianabol.)

Muscle Mass Percentage
The muscle mass percentage was calculated using the mean mass of the muscle bundle of both right and left hindlimbs against the mean final body weight of rats in each group at the end of the study . The group receiving TEAD showed the highest percentage among all groups, two-fold compared to the negative control.
(This meaning TEAD was even better than dianabol or testosterone for muscle mass gain.)

Conclusions
The Atriplex dimorphostegia extract proved anabolic potency. This was represented by the increase in net muscle mass of gastrocnemius and soleus muscle, as well as an increase in the cross-sectional area of muscle fibers. Moreover, both 20-HE and TEAD exhibited a low androgenic effect on sex organs without increasing the weights of prostate and seminal vesicles of rats after administration for ten consecutive days. These findings indicate that A. dimorphostegia is a promising candidate for use as an anabolic agent.

The study showed that Atriplex (TEAD) was safe and showed no toxicity. They ran molecular modeling tests and confirmes that 20HE (20 hydroxyecdysterone) binds to the estrogen and not the androgen receptor. So the anabolic effects of 20HE at least are not related to androgen receptor binding.

20-HE has really low oral bioavailability but topically its amazing. We utilized the same method used to extract atractylodes for Exotherm to extract this for Formeron.
Without disclosing methods we are pulling all of the active compounds from the dry material and holding them in solution. This allows for a not only the 20HE and other phytoecdysteroids but MANY other compounds- Some of these include=

Atractylodes Macrocephala

We have use Atractylodes extracts for many years. This plant has a bunch of solid compounds within it including some of the most powerful aromatase inhibitors Atractylenolides 1,2 and 3. Furthermore there are additional compounds that have anabolic effects through various mechanisms and fat loss effects through various mechanisms.

INCREASED STRENGTH IN ANIMALS WITH SARCOPENIA.

Atractylenolide I has an average aromatase inhibition percentage of 95%. II =90% and III =86%. respectively.
Atractylenolide III (ATRIII) also promotes glycolipid metabolism by enhancing the activities of PGC-1α and AMPK in skeletal muscle cells. This can help reduce bodyfat gain, the level of liver lipid and serum total cholesterol without affecting food intake, and significantly improved the level of fasting blood glucose, serum insulin and abnormal glucose tolerance.

ATR extract also increases the conversion of White fat to Brown fat through the increased expression of PGC-1α and UCP1.

ATL-III improved skeletal muscle atrophy and alleviated oxidative stress
ATL-III could also increase the protein levels of p-PI3K, p-AKT, and p-mTOR in skeletal muscles
ATL-III is a potentially protective drug against muscle wasting via activation of the oxidative stress-mediated PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.

Geranylgeraniol (GG) is a naturally occurring terpenoid and physiologically essential molecule and is a precursor in the synthesis of CoQ10 and many other functional cell metabolites and signaling molecules. With regards to overall anabolic potential is 10x more powerful. 6 oxo Is just an ai if I'm not mistaken. Has been a long time since I looked at those compounds.
This is a decent ai, and a potent anabolic that also increases testosterone. So it could theoretically be used as a test base, ai and can be used alone as an anabolic as its likely more anabolic than testosterone.

Hard to say. It will increase testosterone and will have aromatase activity but....itll likely reduce LH. While using it you wont need testosterone but.....After you may need pct. Gonna have to see how things go.

Ultimately I didnt want to relaunch this if it wasnt better than the original and seeing as how most things that are anabolic are illegal its been tough.
This is definitely better.

No it would be great with TRT because youll get more testosterone, SOme estrogen control and alot of anabolism.

I would like to pick up a bottle once this is released and i am done with my 75 hard challenge log of m-test & alpha gel.

How would someone run this and for how long?
is it stackable with something like Epiandro, ultra-hard or natural test boosters like m-test/ alpha-gel

I would suggest 8 weeks at least like with anything anabolic. Even anabolic steroid cycles are generally 10 weeks plus because it takes time to build muscle even with the most anabolic substances known.
Keep in mind that nothing is magic, it requires extra calories, progressive training, lots of rest and recovery along with anything anabolic. The supps don't make you bigger the training and food does. Supps just make the process faster.

I think either. Its important to remember that cutting or bulking has mostly to do with caloric intake vs compounds used.
For example.
If you take 750mg testosterone weekly and add 500 cals its a bulk.
If you remove 500 cals its a cut.
People tend to use drier compounds when cutting but the reality is this isnt necessary. The only time it counts is when you get close to contest time and you dont want to retain water so you would cut any wet compounds, including testosterone prior to competition.

This has significant aromatase inhibition so itll be on the drier side.
Formestane converted to 4-hydroxytestosterone which is a non aromatizing testosterone. Part of what made it so great.
You got the AI activity and non aromatizing anabolic/androgenic activity.
The new version will have similar traits.

This coming week Ill start leaking updates.
Everything is basically ready, Bottles are on their way.
Ill finish up labels tomorrow. Had to make sure the formula was set before finalizing them. I made a larger batch today just to see how things would hold up and everything looks really good.
Im excited, this stuff is gonna be fierce.

So hopefully the AI activity is enough to keep things in check. Ill probably make a few bottles tomorrow and give them to friends here to test drive just to make sure the AI is high enough.
