Notes: Today was definatly a good workout, strength was up. The in gym motivation (On Feeling) was there for sure . Someone put on a old Drowning Pool song that i havent heard in a long time and it got me going. Lower back has always been weak, so this is one of the things im looking to improve on.
 
Ive been having trouble falling/staying asleep lately and i got a bottle of melatonin. The recommended doasge is one tab (3mg). So i was wondering if i could take more then one or would it make me to grogy/drowsy? Anyone?

3mg is good. more doesn't = better with melatonin.

as far as having trouble sleeping, you're not dosing any of your prohormones after 6pm are you?
 
nope i take my last dose around 4-5 everyday. i know it helps with shutdown and insomnia. but ive recently been having trouble staying asleep lately.

Notes: Today was an off day, bought some more bulk food. sweet potatoes,tuna,rice,whole wheat pasta etc. Aggression was pretty high today, i heard a nickleback song and it got me pretty pissed. Still having sleeping issues i woke up at 3am and again at 4 with a sh*tload of random a$$ dreams. Whats a good remedy/supp to help me sleep better and stay asleep. I have some unisom but the stuff makes me all grogy in the morning.

I like ZMT caps from NutraPlanet. Not overly harsh like unisom, and a little extra zinc / mag never hurts.

I wasnt able to make it to the gym the past 2 days so im planning on killing today and tomorrow. Nothing much to report, BP was 140/77, water intake has been kinda low so i gotta fix that. Im ready for the Mdrol
 
I just started Extreme tren yesterday, i have somewhat of a mood disorder and have had to abandon tren cycles before, u guys think 5 htp that I just bought will really help , or do I need an anti E as I read that is what causes the moodiness, excess estrogen.

PS: careful guys with superdrol I know people who puried their livers more so than with M1T s on that stuff.
 
Ive dosed 5 htp for a little while and didnt see jack squat off of it but it cant hurt. And i think you go to user cp to change your stats

5-htp will do a little bit. it'll take the edge off the aggression - nothing more than that. it'll keep you from getting in a fight, but will still leave you aggressive enough to mouth off, if that makes sense.

watch your blood pressure dosing caffeine with the tren beastie.

this is looking good. MDrol was interesting for me, I am planning an XMass/EPi run in the near future, so I am keeping an eye on this to gauge results.
 
hey suncloud, anytrhing other than hawthorne you could recommend for blood pressure, im a fool and didnt put 2+2 together with the caffeine tren thing, no wonder i felt like my heart was gonna explode at the gym. I can already feel the tren Im strong as it is and wow!

Celery seed extract, CoQ-10 are both good additions.
 
also why is tren such a blood pressure killer?

good luck with the mdrol dude, just for your long term s health sake take your ancillary supplements and stay hydrated. never tried s drol methyls, and my liver dont mix, I get weird throbbing pains even on epistane under my rib cage. I used to use M1Ts on and off I bet i messed my liver permanently. Good luck and eat EVERYTHING!

Workout: Today was chest day and everything was up about 4-5 reps..... not sure if this is the tren or a because of the diet change. Other then that no sides what-so-ever, no acne, no shrinkage, no nothing. Weight gain seems to have slowed, guess i better up the calories and get extremely strict with the diet. So far im not overly impressed with this tren extreme, but mdrol should give me that kick in the ass im looking for.
 
bah to extreme tren, doesnt hold a candle to epistane, im done with tren forever, way too many sides no gains other than strength. I have 3 weeks of epi so i started it yesterday, i respond great to it and actually dont feel like killing everyone who looks at me cockeyed.

celery seed extract will help, and polisconal (i spelt this wrong) will help. basically, IBE's cycle support :)

who makes the tren that you picked up? my cycle so far is off the chain with strength gains. around 3-4 pounds of mass so far - 15 days in right now. a good quality clone should net you somewhere around 8-10% increase of "base" strength per week - though you'll have to push pretty hard to see it (it still feels impossible).

everyone is different here. tren to me is minimal sides with maximal gains. i tried the epi compound (as havoc), and it killed my appetite. tren increases my appetite.
 
Its Generic labs x mass. Ive still got three weeks left of it so maybe im just not eating enough cals of something....or should i go up to 120mgs?? I know it would be alot but i really havent seen to much off of the it. Im excited about the mdrol tho, ive always gotten good results off of it.
 
mine is tri city chemical extreme tren , just the tren extrem clone on tf supplements, i see awesome reviews but i get no mass gains, maybe its bunk or cause im 6 1 220 do i need way more mgs?
I want it to work cause i have the most of that out of all of it, when does it really start to kick in for you?
 
tough living in canada takes2-3 weeks to arrive when i order from the states, and lately were getting killed on the exchange rate but either of you tried the extreme tren clone? what brand are you using suncloud? I mean I admit strength goes up, and pumps are huge but i deflate and dont seem to add actual mass, im 3 days into epi now and I know its not placebo but i look different alreay, harder a wee bit bigger, maybe its the trem mixing with the epi, but id say epi is a billion times better for me, but hey we are all different. When does it really kick in for mass gains for you sun?

well, first off, tren/epi stacks are pretty solid from what i gather. myogenix makes a version called spawn which is this exact stack. the tren i'm using is dienedrone from AMS, and before that i did tren xtreme from ACL (about a year ago). strength gains came on quick - first couple days, mass gains take a week to kick in for me. if tren/epi is treating you well though, rock on with it. as stated, spawn is a solid stack and i'm sure you'll find a few logs of this.

also, tren since its non methyl needs fat to help it absorb. make sure you're getting in at least 5g of fat with each pill. according to "RoydtheNoyd" there is a guy on bb.com running this compound at 200+mg with no sides! most people find 120mg or more to be more sides than good, but you may be one of the few that can run this at extreme doses.

damn. 120mg may be better for you but at that dose the sides kick in for most people. you could always try it.

as soon as the mdrol hits your system there should be some great synergy between these two compounds.
 
I think i might make it a 6 week cycle and bump it up to 120 cuz i hardly ever get sides and 80mg doesnt seem to do sh*t. This is going to be CRAZY!
 
Day 17

Workout: Today was back day and i def. noticed something! Everything was up 10-15lbs which i was pleased with. The deadlift where also up a bunch more, i would say around 20-25lbs. The sweating is getting crazy everytime i workout, after i finished my 4 set of deads i had sweat dripping off of my face. i took in an extra protien shake the past 2 days and my diet it getting to near perfection so i think this is where some of my strength is coming from, but then again it could be the tren and mdrol. Mood today was pretty good, and still no sides. Overall a good workout today.
 
im gonna add epistane to my stack right now, gonna start small 60 mg ten 20 mg epi for a week, then go 90mg 30 mg in week 2. your weight is going up nicely,I think the tren is working for you for sure.
 
Yea its starting to work, i guess im just a late bloomer. i got some insane pumps last night and am still pumped right now. im going to run the rest of the week at 80mg of tren and maybe jump it up to 120 the last 2-3 weeks depending on how i feel. if i go up to 120mg im only gunna keep the mdrol at 10mg.

Workout: Wednesday was the off day and today was leg day and i hit a new PR on squats so i am excited that. My Bp today was 131/71 which is pretty amazing considering what i am taking. Not one side effect yet except for the anger issues. I also did a little bi workout and they also when up about 10 more pounds on each exercise. As for weight it seems to be picking up once again thats to the mdrol. I can wait to see the mdrol results in week 4.
 
Ya man like ive said in other posts, the tren makes me ****ing angry (excuse language) its the only pro hormone/designer that makes me mad, and real aggressive, I mean 60mg is pushing it for me, 90 is the max I can get away with, or im foaming at the mouth once a day. hopefully Taking 5htp helps eventually. How in the world is somoone over at
BB.COM doing 200mg and not ripping heads off?
 
I really dont understand it either, the guy must be the incredible hulk or something. I would guess its gotta be someone thats well over 250 pounds and has been doing the junk for year with out a damn break! I can only imagine what 200mg would do to me!

Today i worked out shoulders and there isnt much i can really say but it was just about average. mainly because i had alot of things to do today and i couldnt eat as much as i wanted. I am going to do alot of cooking for next week so i can get ready. I am hoping to be able to get 90's on my chest workout monday, we will see. I think i might be seein a little bit of shrinkage but im not to sure i have to keep an eye on it, but other then that i have had not other sides.

WHOA! What a chest workout today, i jumped from 85's x12 to 95's x10 on flat DB press! I prolly could of got the 100's but i didnt want to stress my tendons. I had the focus and the drive to keep it going all day. i got some insane shoulder pumps tho, they felt like they were goin to burst! My whole upper body looked like i was on some crazy N.O. product. Every muscle was full and rounded. But all-in-all crazy lift today i am very pleased with the way things are going so far. Still no sides but im sure ill get something by the end of the week with the way im jumping up in the weights!
