4 caps, sometimes 3 if its training day as it takes the wind out your sails for lifting. If you take them at night you wake up in a water bed lol
 
sex drive is low as well due to the tiredness :/
 
In the uk we have do do chesteze think they are like bronkaid in the US so 2 of them and 200 mg caffeine job done sweat my tits off alday lol

Thats an ECA stack, yep. ECA is cheaper online though as its no longer illegal.

Also, the anxiety nervousness could just be the new DAA im on.

dont you sweat bucket loads?
I really like the progress of tt-33, but the lethargic feeling is stopping me lifting.. i can go miles on a cross trainer though so cardio is easier... just no bloody strength

Yeah so i hear... so this means its working i guess if im using fat stores for energy (more than normal)

but why the tiredness, why would burning fat stores be making me tired when im still taking in calories that will be quick use

Also is this effective at night when im not using much energy? like hibernation
 
Your body is more efficantly burning fats carbs and proteins. Couple with caloric deficit and exercise your body may possibly trying to recruit stored aminos as well as other substrates to keep up with energy needs
 
HAd 3 really crappy days, but nothing to pinpoint other than tt-33. I may have to do night dosing, I wouldnt be able to take any more of this thats for sure....Id say its worse than a crash on Ephedrine.... and nor would my girlfriend, ive been a bit pathetic/lazy the last few days!
 
I've used tt-33 and another product with same ingredients/dosages and I've never experienced any "felt" effects despite going at as high as twice the dose this guy is using
 
Then let me ask you this. Of the three, what would you recommend more, LX or Reduce XT? I cannot bear any stims, bleeding MAN Scorch gives me the jitters with 2 caps
Favorite is AAv2 for me. I'm beginning to not like stim based fat burners.

I haven't used AAv2 so I'll wont comment on it, but I can help you out a little. Reduce XT is essentially what the original LX was. So, Reduce XT > new LX.

Pes shift was fine for me also. Must be 3,5. Or its not reacting well with th Daa and Isatest...lethargy is definitely tt33, but the 'worrying' anxiety I cant pinpoint.

Would daa interfere with these channels? Im going to go research
 
Just found this post, same sides, must be the DAA.
Last dose was last night, so I'll keep of it I think, it doesnt fit in with my lifestyle, where public speeaking and constantly defending your position is the game, you cant have paranoia and jitters!

If your in a calorie deficit it can cause anxiety and paranoia. Slimming down has its negative sides but the positive is so much better. I'm personally comfortable at 8 to 15% bodyfat. My skin is crawling any lower than that. Aggression, hunger ,mood swings.haha our body don't like dieting.

Daa is also a factor.
 
Anxiety is like 10% compared to last night when i dosed, its waning. Good.

Off the DAA, not worth the risk

I thought protein uncoupler were calories wasting? If so that would make explain the lethargy because your body if less efficient at converting stored energy into food. I may have it wrong!

From my understanding it would be a good thing for fat burning, but a bad thing for improving workout capacity, strength, etc. since it takes more energy for the same amount of work. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

The ingrediants... If you look at PES Shift, you'll see it contains just 3,3 Dii (because pes thought 3,5 caused thyroid shutdown) but TT-33 contains both. As 3,5 has a really decent fat burning effect, imho its superior. The shutdown Pes feared, was actually incorrect as people have run 3,5 for years and had tests to show zero shutdown. You'd need huge doses of 3,5 to get anywhere near an issue it just isnt the case here (unless you seerely OD'd! - but you could do that on anything, coffee, alcohol etc.)

3,3 and 3,5 together is an ace fat shredder, only sides you may get are lethergy, in which case pull back the dose a little or get a decent pre workout supplement to give you a boost (I use anadraulic state GT)
 
Whacked....I've had it too...quite intense lethargy too and dose dependent. I always put it down do uncouplers wasting energy so one would need more energy to undertake the same activity.

Symptoms of Hypothyroid include fatigue/malaise/lethargy
Sypmtoms of Hyperthyroid include nervous energy

Guess I dont understand as the above should illustrate/support the opposite

Just like to add Im having successful night time dosing, i tried a ewaker dose to begin with (2 caps) and then 3, with just a little more 'covers off' during the night, went up to 4 last night and didnt really sweat, just kept nice and warm.

So, no lethargy in the day anymore, and I wake up looking a lot tighter, happy to do a second bottle now.

Oh and the anxiety/nervousness was the D-aa, ive reacted badly to it and got quit a pnic attack, sold it to someone else to enjoy!

Yep.

I tried the day spread 1 x 4, 2 x2, 1x4 am and now happy with the zero sides of evening dose either as im retiring or an hour before bed

I was slightly lazy on Sunday morning but nothing like the laziness hitting me at 2pm when dosing in the day.

Also, seem to sleep really well, sets me up for bed and I'm out like a light... real hibernation supplement! :)

How did you get on? I tried 4x1 this week, and whilst less tired than 1x4 on the AM Im still lethargic.
Evening dose is a winner, I actually enjoy waking up to see the change :)
For those on a day dose, 4x1 still gave me energy to cross train 10k after a weights sesh, so its all good, I just prefer the zero sides pm dosing.

I liked the evening dose too I did 3 at night and 1 in the morning. I guess it's just something with me where I feel that if I take it in the day it will help burn more.. But it's true about waking up and seeing the results I have lost a total of 9 lbs in 7 weeks an have not lost and strength. But I h e I ly been taking tt-33 for about 2 weeks or so,
