Not the first time have I heard on the mention of shoulder pain for you, believe me it is the last thing you will ever want months for Touey in rehabs for shoulder rehabilitation.
To noone I listen at all on shoulder plans now.. IT IS an individual thing like the golfer's swing.
I throw everything I hear out the windows, and now for me the shoulders the best day in workout week. In fact I work shoulders twice on the weekly now.

I agree. It could be a number of things from my deltoid to my neck who knows. Shoulder injuries seem pretty common in this type of a hobby. I'm hoping it just kind of fades away but it seems less and less likely each day that passes. I may be due up for a deload week after this cycle.

Same problem here. Doc said it was because of the flexion of my neck from being on the smartphone too much with the constant looking down. Said it was causing undue stress on a nerve that in turn caused pain down my shoulder and arm.

Chest/abs/cardio. No real notes to add for the day.

Shoulders. Got called in to work midway through my workout. Still managed to get about 10 sets done before rushing out so not a total waste.

Triceps/cardio. Almost didn't lift at all today. I reported earlier in the cycle that I experienced some shoulder pain. Well even though I've been quiet about it it's been plaguing me daily since. It isn't a strong sharp pain but more a dull lingering ache. I felt overly sore today and with the shoulder bothering me I decided to have a pretty light load in today's workout. 40 mins on the treadmill followed by 12 sets of triceps. Very nice pump when I left the gym and the cardio felt great.

Taking anything for joint support?

I work third shift which is 11pm-730am so I sleep at weird times.

iForce's joint product is the best I've ever used. I notice acute anti inflammatory benefits from the first dose, and by about 6-7 days I feel total joint pain relief.

Planned on hitting the gym but after some popcorn at the movies watching wolverine, my stomach was hit. I felt like crap for most of the day and stayed in bed.

Shoulders and biceps. Good day at the gym. Strength was good and energy was nice. I think I was experiencing my first ever calf pumps though. As I left my apartment from the third floor I made it about 5 steps down the first flight and felt like I pulled something just below my calfs on both sides. Very strange. It bothered me for most the rest of the day.

Called in to work today so I will not make it to the gym. I'm helping in a different capacity then normal which demands a lot of physical work and movement so I will get a good amount of cardio in. Hoping this time off lately will really help with my shoulder and aches. We will se because I will hit shoulders/back tomorrow.

I would be honored kleen however you would make it more beastly lol I love it The shoulder is just the first part of the tat next month I'm doing my chest the same way on the left side u will see my heart ribs and pec tissue with veins its gonna be sweet. We have a true artist that does tats super cheap I only paid $250 for my shoulder

Legs/cardio. Legs were pretty strong today. I have been neglecting them way more than I should be so I pushed pretty hard today.

I'm fairly pleased. Would have loved to have hit 185-190 but I have a bulk planned that should treat me well.
