Nice work today man and good to hear your form is good and keeping tighter. Form makes a hell of a different on all lifts and getting it down pat means better workouts an better progress.
I'm figuring it out slowly grip width and stability are the two things messing me up atm not really sure where it should be after watching countless vids
Forgive my stupidity still learning by sticks what exactly do u mean I know there is the center knerling then smooth then knerling again the rings then knerling again normally i place my hands a thumb length away from the smooth

Thanks rob I forgot about wraps at least wrist ones and I have a great belt I dont know sean I was just trying to see what people had that they felt helped with mobility or their training then I would research it and make a decision if its right for me
