Yeah, smooth, slicks, same thing. Miniband/s and an average band would be good for mobility work. Rumble roller is nice but PVC pipe can work just fine. Wrist wraps would be good. I wouldn't say there's a need for knee wraps unless you want to eventually compete in them.
