My girlfriend said this to me a while back.. I replied "happy me, happy you."

I think I was on Tren at the time. Lol
Well I just ordered some Tren to run here in a few months so...I'll probably be back in the dog house soon.

Slept like shiit. I'm beginning to think my caffeine addiction is causing me sleep problems. Not from being stimmed, but withdrawal early in the AM telling me to get caffeine in my body. I don't know, but around 2 am I just kind of lay there. Get up, taste the coffee, I'm good.

Anyways, boo-fukking-hoo...

Woke up 3lbs. heavier today, despite nailing diet and water last few days. This seems to be the pattern. Wake up like 3 days in a row at same weight, then spike a couple pounds, followed by a few days of a drop down below the previous low.

Stellar workout this morning. Felt really strong and focused. Pump is fantastic. Vascularity is at an all time high. Shoulder definition also at an all time high.

Must have been a bad night for sleep. I'm ok, not such a hard workout today. AGVT has this calf shoulder remedial day, **** worked out. Wheel of death was brutal.

Not sure how much you have read from Lyle McDonald, but this article is kinda cool about explaining some of the things that can happen with fat loss:

http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/of-whooshes-and-squishy-fat.html/
Actually this makes a bit of sense. My pattern seems to be the same each week:

Level weight Mon-Wed

Slight Increase Thurs-Fri
(Carb Load every Friday 400+g)

Wake up Saturday drier and below previous base weight.

Drop a bit lower Sunday and maintain that number through Wednesday.

Same pattern each week. The note about alcohol is funny in that article too, because like I said, I had like 5 tall drafts last Saturday night and pissed my life away and woke up Sunday even drier and lighter.

I'm exactly the same... I often have big cheat meals or days even and wake up looking amazing the next day, followed by a few after where I just soften up and feel crappy about my appearance even thought weight is only slightly up and it eventually tapers back down... just annoying more than anything.

Did a bit of riding this weekend too. If anyone doesn't think supercross riders are athletes, you're crazy. I'm so glad I'm in shape and am able to ride like I do. Body reminds me a little bit afterward that I am approaching 40 though LOL.

What all you do is sit on the bike and turn the throttle right??? Hahaha

Jumpercross takes great fitness but Motocross separates the men from the boys 30+2 twice in 90+ degrees!!

Shiit bro, over the course of 4 slices, you're way short of my grain total.
Damn. Seriously need to step up my grain game. I may have to go the grocery store and bring out the secret weapon....

So that is 2.5 weeks since the start of this run. 8 weeks of cutting all together. 207.5 lbs, flat, the morning after 600g carbs.

Maybe approaching 11%? It's 8% or nothing before I start adding back calories.

Thanks guys. And Chris I'm sure I'm going to be addicted to going further, see where I can take this. So 8% has been my goal, but by no means don't have to stop there. The trick will be learning to grow at that low of a BF. But I've learned a lot, so I think I can do it.
