I have seen this on the black market prop tabs.....neer heard anything great about them because as you said, you would have to take them all day long ha

Also I was under the impression hormones may be a bit too big for intranasal. Granted haven't looked into it really.

Half-life of test is about 20 minutes. That is the problem. Absorption of test is not that bad -- it is just quickly and thoroughly metabolized.

Im more interested in side effects, and Im curious what the risk/benefit ratio might actually be, any toxicity, any effect on lipids, as well as so many of the purported uses, ie: on cycle, pct, stand alone high dose cycle, daily staple, trt cycles, etc. And what happens upon cessation, does your system crash, is there a viscous rebound, etc. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The side effects would be similar to any other aromatase inhibitor but lipid effects would be worse since it also has some androgneic acitivty. Other than that it would perform similarly to other AI's with respect to your questions.

Might be interesting to see what effect it would have on intranasal or oral absoprtion of some of the GHRP's. If you had access to any steroid powders you could get then you wouldn't need to mess around with cyclodextrin at all.

The limits (like 25 mg sublingual and mw sizes) are general rules of thumb. I have gotten some pretty big molecules to go intranasally.

:) true, well, 1-t no ester is theoretically painful to inject even at low strengths, and transdermally even burns and of course transfer risk. But GHRP6/2/hexarellin could be interesting too, hadn't really considered them.

Just got the book too, and although Ive only skimmed through, all I can is WOW. I have alot of reading to do, and Im sure I will have many more questions, once I get a chance to really get into it, I will add some relevant comments, but for now let me just say nice job and thanks again for the chance to read it.

Not rude at all -- been busy and sometimes I just skim and either miss stuff or forget about stuff.

There is nothing I know of that will specifically fight visceral fat. Manipulating cortisol levels is difficult because the body seems to have a lot of mechanisms to keep cortisol levels where they should be. Diet, exercise and keeping insulin levels low are probably the only way.
 
All I can say so far is wow. This is like a college course in a book.(essentially without the paid teacher, since every course I have taken could have been done without the teacher lol.)

One question I have come up with is from what I read the first day I got the book. About your comment about ancient Greeks consuming bull testicles. Would that have had an actual effect on them? Scientifically speaking I mean.

none really. There would ony be a small amount of actual testosterone in the testicles at time of consumtion. It would also have no carrier to help it pass through digestive and liver systems if it could. Be a nice placebo effect though. This is similar to the person who first injected testicular extracts for vitality. He loved it and raved about it..... But he used water extraction and steroids are lipid soluble meanng he got none. Was the beginning of endocrine knowledge to scientists though. Long history/short past as the say for endocrinology.
 
seth- is it possible to tell from looking at a molecules structure whether or not it will increase collagen synthesis? I know trenbelone and equipose do this but im interested in whether there are any legal designers which also increase the rate of collagen synthesis

This would be conventional wisdom, however, there is some evidence in the literature that consuming boar meat can result in testing positive for nandrolone. Obviously, testicales would have a much higher concentration of steroidal substances than flesh. The extra nutrition may have been a bigger boost to performance that the steroidals though.

Doubtful, do you have any references showing tren and eq to increase collagen synthesis?

Just kidding. But I do recall someone asking you why anavar helps them cut belly fat and you answer was cortisol antagonism; only trouble is, I cannot find that thread. So I was hoping to see if there is anything either OTC or at least legally available out there with similar effects.

It is in the old school section. There is nothing otc that I would think would have the same effect -- can't really guess about the OTC DS/PH.
 
Thanks for showing me up on eAting testicles, I guess you would know more than me there ;) jp love your responses. Straight science. Why would there be nandrolone metabolites in boars meet? Raising process or natural? Interesting.

I belive adrnosterone (11-oxo) has some cortisol antagonist properties but don't quote me on that I'll need to look at my studies when I am not typing on an iPhone lol
 
it makes me want to double up in pain. mr happy's friends are very sensitive, and i think if i saw someone eat testicles i'd ralph all over them.

I honestly hope no one can 100% verify it now that I think about it. Because there is only one surefire test I can think of lol :paranoid:

11-oxo is supposed to be an 11BHSD1 inhibitor so it should theoretically help but I am not 100% sold.

I can hear Homer now, Mmmmm deep fried testicles.

I had used 11-oxo precisely because of this, but did not feel anything positive from it. At higher doses I did gain some strength but nothing else -definitely no fat loss...
 
I hear lots of good bro feedback on 11-0x0 for fat loss. I know topical it is suppose to have some local fat loss properties. The dosing orally does seem to need to be high. Be nice if there was a well dosed, decently priced transdermal of it.......
