Well, with the elbow pain, I can barely lock out. They're having a "PL meet" at my gym next month. It's not a real PL meet, just muscle heads getting together to show off. I was hoping to nail 425. I don't know if I can do that though with the 'bow acting up. It was so bad today that I couldn't even do DB flies. I had to stick with cables. I'm hoping if I go tup on the cissus it'll help.

On toppa that, I've lost 9lbs for some reason. I think maybe I'm not eating enough to keep up with the tren. I'm more cut then I've ever been, but I wanted to get a little more beefcaked before dropping bf.

Meanwhile, I gotta get a physical before I can go to Chiner. All I need is a note from my doc saying I'm "in good health." But, this cat's kind of a ****. He said he hasn't seen me in 6 mos, so I gotta come in and get a physical before he'll gimme a note. I hope the gears don't interfere.

Loooooovin life right now brahski. Oddly enough I'm feeling a wave of drug-induced energy, but at the same time I don't want to move. Friend of mine works in a doctor's office and she can swipe sample boxes of Soma's like nobody's business, plus she has a scrip for k-pins. :head:

You guys are crazy if you think shinedown sucks.. Their cover of simple man is probably one of the best covers ever done.. I might have linked a ****ty song, but they aren't crappy..

On a lighter note, my ex father in law got his hydro 10's in today... Just picked up 30 of them.. Plus got some green waiting at the house... Gonna pick me up a 6 pack of blue moon.. Ill have a good night.

Simple Man is a great song. Not sure if I've ever heard Shinedown's version of it, but if they did an effective Skynyrd impression then I'm sure it sounds pretty good.

Deftones also do a Simple Man cover. Not sure why it has Spanish subtitles though.....

One of my best friends lives in TN and he says there's AWESOME weed EVERYWHERE. Maybe you don't know the right peeps. Most of it's homegrown near the Tennessee Valley and Appalachians.

Good stuff man. Havent heard deftones in a while... Dude I can get some homegrown.. But its like 80 a dub... And its random as hell here, sometimes it will be good, other times mississippi swamp.

Running 4 weeks 50/50/50/50.......Not too much of an abuser.......I was happy last time with it.......gonna eat more this time and SFW harder :head:

Sup sippers! Just got back from the doc. Man, that fukker's ornery. I need a letter from him stating that I'm in good health. He sad he'd be glad to write the letter. But, my BP was 150/85 and he was all like we need to up your BP med and I wanna do some blood work.

When he was listening to my heart and sh1t, he said "I can tell you lift weights a lot." I was like "yeah, at least 4xweek." The next thing outta his mouth was "Do you take steroids?" I was like "no, I've just been lifting for about 20 years. :paranoid: " He had this look on his face like "Sure, you don't. :mischievous: "

I hope my numbers aren't off the chart when the results come in.

Just started my pulse cycle of H-drol 3 hours ago. Already feeling jacked! I think I put on 5lbs of mass already! The grannys at the pool were hooting and hollering at me when I walked by. I gave them all a prune coolie. I think I may have a shot at them later!!!!

Willard, have you tried your Axcite cologne yet? I got a bottle and I think it smells great, I dunno how people were saying it smells like urine or whatever. If it works like it's supposed to work then its win-freakin win.
 
Yeah I got it a couple weeks ago. Worn it like 3 times and I agree, it does smell pretty good.

As far as noticing anything from it I can't say since I was already with someone at the time.

I haven't worn "it out" yet. I won't wear it to work or just for the hell of it either.

Word, I won't wear it wherever and whenever either. Even if it doesn't have much of a pheromone effect, it's no different than spending $40 on a bottle of any other cologne.
 
I rub one of those pine tree car fresheners on myself and it works just as good. Only $0.99 down at autozone. WhiteScalp, do you soak your durag in the cologne before you go poolside?
