Well, with the elbow pain, I can barely lock out. They're having a "PL meet" at my gym next month. It's not a real PL meet, just muscle heads getting together to show off. I was hoping to nail 425. I don't know if I can do that though with the 'bow acting up. It was so bad today that I couldn't even do DB flies. I had to stick with cables. I'm hoping if I go tup on the cissus it'll help.Wish my sessions were that ****ty. :sad3:
On toppa that, I've lost 9lbs for some reason. I think maybe I'm not eating enough to keep up with the tren. I'm more cut then I've ever been, but I wanted to get a little more beefcaked before dropping bf.
Meanwhile, I gotta get a physical before I can go to Chiner. All I need is a note from my doc saying I'm "in good health." But, this cat's kind of a ****. He said he hasn't seen me in 6 mos, so I gotta come in and get a physical before he'll gimme a note. I hope the gears don't interfere.
