I was interested becuz it's open 24 hrs.

Fukin Peak,now Motion Fitness, started closing at 8pm on fridays...fukin blows!
I miss those 2 or 3 am w/outs!
It's 9 miles from my house.
Motion is 2.5.
May be worth it...what was your take on CF,other than gettin booted:laugh2:

I initially joined for a month to see if i would like it.

It was adequate and extremely close by so i extended my membership to 6 mons.

Its only open 24 hrs Monday to thursday. Which f*ckin sucked for me.

Sometimes the card key didnt work after hours. You had to swipe it 20 times to get in.

Heres another turn off....

After hours, when the staff leave, its a TOTAL F*g joint.

You'll see them walk in and go to the saunas. But whatever, it was cheap and they had free weights, buncha machines etc

Also, Avoid peak hours. They have NO Air conditioning and the place is unbearable.

No AC in a gym. That is a deal buster right there for me though I regularly do workouts outdoors in the 90-100 degree range here in Houston.

If I am paying a monthly fee they sure as **** better crank up the AC though.

lol thats not even the half. They have panels on the ceiling missing. When it rains they put out those 5 gal buckets to catch the rain (Lmao I swear to GOD)

Plus theres black mold growing on the ceiling where the leaking occurs.

Duke, just go in there on a rainy day and look at the buckets and mold.

I hate like hell the feeling of having to rush to the gym by a certain time.

My gym is probably worse. It closes at 5.30 on the weekends, DB's only go up to 88lbs and its full of ***s
