Observations:

Still sticking with the diet and the results are going in the correct direction. I am actually looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow, but I have to be on good behavior tonight while watching UFC 100 (Go brock)

This section is getting redundant and I am for the most part sticking with a pretty good diet throughout. I know I will have some occasional carbs when I shouldn't, but I have avoided really bad fast food, no burgers, no french fries, no fried foods all week which is a damn good start.

Negatives:
None.

Other Notes:

I am concerned that I will not hit my goal of 185lbs by the time I finish the bottle, but I am confident that I will be below 190lbs for sure. I am really wanting to hit below 189lbs which will be the lowest I have gone since the early 1990s. :-)

Observations:

Lets see, I had a really bad weekend the week before and was really determined to make up for it this week and I was able to drop 3lbs which only has me 1lbs less than my 2lb average per week goal which is GREAT for me! This even came after me eating 2 slices of pizza friday night and then drinking a few beers last night. So anyone that is skeptical of this product might want to give the guys at IronMagLabs a chance because the proof is in the pudding. :-) I was losing much weight wise on REDuction when I ran it for a month and ECA worked soso for me. This is taking lbs off every week!

Pretty solid food choices this weekend except for 2 peices of Pizza during my daughter's birthday party and then a few beers last night. I plan to use the P90x Kenpo routine again today so I can kick start my week right!

Other Notes:

I am currently 3.5lbs away from the lowest weight I have been and at this rate it is 2 weeks away. I will be super stoked to get below 190 especially with the muscle mass I have now compared to the last time I was there.

Observations:

Things are going pretty good this week, but life/work has prevented me from having tons of AM time. I didn't have a great Monday since vendors came in and I drank a few beers. I have done much better since that day and even did great today in the face of lots-o-temptation. We had a company picnic with lots of food, 3 kegs of beer, several deserts, etc. I avoided it for the most part and only had 2 beers.

Today I did shoulders/biceps followed by a 30 minute elliptical session. Then at the picnic I bet I played 3+ hours of volleyball and a few games of dodge ball. Should I be worried that I nailed the CEO playing dodge ball and my team won that round? He seemed like a good sport about it.:laugh2:

Last night I was feeling like crap and barely ate anything. Today I made pretty good choices as well.

Negatives:
I notice I sweat more on LFE (duh right?) but today playing volleyball in 103+ heat had me dying. I kept the water flowing the entire time though.

Other Notes:

I think this crazy day of cardio will pay off if I stick to my plan the rest of the week. I would love to end this week really close to the 190lb mark so I hope that I can pull it off!

Observations:

I weighed myself the day after all the volleyball in 100+ degree weather and weighed 189.5. I was really hoping to stay down there, but I went up 1lb. All in all I am still down my 2lbs for the week which is my goal so for the most part I am on track.

Ate decent over the weekend, but I probably cheated a little too much last night. Hopefully I made up for it with 55 minutes on the elliptical (720 calories) today after working out my core.

Negatives:
No negatives. I really like the fact that LFE is assisting me without making me all jittery.

Other Notes:

My body is getting sore. I have been working out seriously for the last 1-2 years and have not taken a break. I think next week I will lift weights and then take a week where all I do is cardio. My joints are pretty sore still even with fish oil and glucosamine. I think all my little injuries are finally catching up with me and my body is saying cut me some slack. I feel like that will be a good time to do it and hopefully the rest/cardio will set me up real nice for my cycle of The One coming up.

You have earned it Silver...1 week of easy cardio will do wonders for healing up and getting the CNS back to normal. Always the long term picture bubba.
 
If you're feeling a little deflated on your break (I always do), there are always bodyweight exercises you can do... push ups, pull ups, sit ups, bodyweight squats and lunges, they help keep me sane while I am jonesing for a workout.

You have long hair? I have been into the Ultimate Sports in Plano my LA Fitness a few times.

I actually work out at 24 hour. I am not sure if I have been to the Ultimate shop or not.
 
You did gain some weight but as we all know weight fluctuates within a few lbs are you feeling leaner Silver?

I am feeling leaner every week. I don't think the scale shows as much progress as the mirror.

Sometimes the mirror is the better judge. Awesome man keep up the work!

I thought about posting pics this weekend, but I was planning to hold out until the end of the second bottle so that the final pics would look better. If I do it now I think the final pics will look basically the same.

That 425 HP is alot of temptation there Silver.

Question for you guys on the E-911: Do you dissolve it under the tongue or between the cheek and gum? I put that tab between cheek and gum and my friggin gum feels almost burned in that spot. Nice buzz though!!

Basically I received a ticket and went on 90 day probation. 20 days later received another ticket in the same damn city. I took defensive driving for the second one, but have to go to court for the first one since I violated the terms of probation. Typical as always...The Man trying to keep a brother down!:afro:

Also, I measured today and my belly is down 1" and my waist is down .5. My weight is also up today over this weekend so I have no clue what is up with the weight, but I think progress is being made.

You look like things are tightening up Silver. The mirror is the important reflection of progress. The scale doesn't tell you that you added a pound of muscle or a pound of fat.
