Day 25-26
Starting Weight: 198lbs
Day 7 Weight: 196lbs
Day 14 Weight: 193.5lbs
Day 22 Weight: 195.5lbs (This is my fault and not LFE's)
Starting Measurements: Waist 36.75" Belly over belly button: 37.5"
Observations:
Still sticking with the diet and the results are going in the correct direction. I am actually looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow, but I have to be on good behavior tonight while watching UFC 100 (Go brock)

Lean Fuel Extreme @ 4 caps/day (2 AM, 2 around 11AM)
Whey Protein
Multi Vitamin
Xtend on workout Days
Fish Oil @ 9 caps (I upped the dosage because my joints are sore)

Food yesterday:
This section is getting redundant and I am for the most part sticking with a pretty good diet throughout. I know I will have some occasional carbs when I shouldn't, but I have avoided really bad fast food, no burgers, no french fries, no fried foods all week which is a damn good start.
Negatives:
None.
Other Notes:
I am concerned that I will not hit my goal of 185lbs by the time I finish the bottle, but I am confident that I will be below 190lbs for sure. I am really wanting to hit below 189lbs which will be the lowest I have gone since the early 1990s.
