Day 4
Starting Weight: 198lbs
Starting Measurements: Waist 36.75" Belly over belly button: 37.5"
Observations:
I am still pretty happy with the appetite control portion of this product has been very good. The energy kick is noticeable, but not out of control to where I am stimmed out. I have plenty of energy for my workouts, but have not been getting the cardio this week like I prefer.
Workout was Shoulders and Biceps and I was sweating like crazy. The AC at the gym is not great for the Texas summer and I think my body temp was higher anyway so that is a wet combination for me. I typically work out on Thrs AM, but today was my Son's birthday so I took him to McDonalds for breakfast.

Fish Oil @ 9 caps (I upped the dosage because my joints are sore)

Food today:
7:30AM 40g Protein Shake
Oatmeal with a handful of pecans and a banana.
I worked out at lunch and after went to Chipotle for a burrito bowl (a little rice, both black and pinto beans, double chicken, a little cheese, sourcream and hotsauce)
40g Protein shake with lunch. (Is that too much protein to combine with lunch?)
Afternoon Snack was some almonds
Dinner consisted of some taco seasoned ground beef and mexican seasoned squash.
Finished with a low sugar, 90 calorie yogurt.
Negatives:
Sleep is good now and I slept through the night with no issues. I deadlifted on Sunday and my back has been a little sore since. I guess I will leave that alone becuase I don't want my torn disk to get aggrevated again.
Only other minor issue I have experienced is an upset stomach at times. It is not usually around the dosing so I am not sure if it is related or not. I already feel leaner, but avoiding the scale until Sunday.
