Problem with the smaller runs is that others take precident. So it's on the line. Just awaiting some production stuff

Now I dropped metabolic pow(d)er and weight went up

Nope I haven't seen the need to cycle it yet. You can take a day off every so often after about a month on. The hca builds up and will continue to work for some time post cessation. I believe one study noted 22 days of weight maintenance post cessation before regain occurred. I personally haven't seen that since I've been using hca for upwards of 3-4 years with no break

All products work extremely well together. Specifically the metabolic powder recompadrol pre workout and the aav2 post workout.

You'll see why we do this in the write up. It seems like a lot of hca but to be honest when you are getting 3-5g hca (6-10g garcinia) your at a world of difference then what's been seen before

People use anywhere from 500-1000mg hca per day it gets much better as you go higher. The 5g hca a little excessive but I've seen no ill effects. My sweet spot for hca is 3700-4000mg personally
