It depends on my workouts. I take very little rest between sets. So if its something like shoulders I'm going to roll through quickly, normally 1 or 1.5 scoops. But some weeks, just due to my schedule, I wind up training chest and back together so that would normally be a 2 scoop type of day.How many scoops did you take before workout? Is one scoop just right?
Most of the time though, I would say 1 to 1.5 scoops. 2 scoops is pretty intense. But its not like a cracked out wanting to run laps around the gym energy (which I hate), its a okay, I'm going to get this done right type energy.
