It throws off my whole day.

I recover. I cant have that mentality on cycle then ill go around raging cuz i didnt get my eggs lol...

but on a serious note when you miss breakfast just cook it as one of your meals later. i love breakfast for dinner :lol:
 
I roasted 2 portions of smoked haddock with masala, paprica and olive oil sealed in tin foil to get a steaming effect.

Also cooked 2 portions of rissotto with mixed herbs, cloves and green cardamon, then topped off with dill infused vinegarette.

I had one portion erlier, now Im off to eat the other :food:

And cook off 2 protions of chicken breast in the oven which Ill have with a bit of rice later on.

if you eat kirkland select canned chicken your pee smells like it.

2 cans of tuna with pickle relish. Idk why but its my favorite way to eat tuna... other than in a actual sandwich lol.

ehh, im on keto, i normally dont eat this much but its not even much when I use it. Just for a little added something something...

Im definitely not gaining on the waistline... The dude was probably in a calorie surplus and then you add the cheese which is usually around 9g of fat and 6g protein per ounce, you can really swell up.

On my bulks I dont have much if any at all. On paleo I had no cheese. THis is my first time enjoying cheese in a while, and since it fits in my macros and my water intake is high ive noticed no bloat from it, and no fat gain. Ive been shedding the fat like its my job if youve been following the log. CKD is the ishhh

Why take out the yolks?? The cholesterol found in egg yolk is high density, and its full of omegas, may aswell take out the splash of oil (or leave it in if youre on roids, haha).

6 oz chicken breast, 5 oz spinach, and 1c of effin oatmeal. actually im still trying to get this dam oatmeal down. i hate eating this oatmeal, it bloats me, it hurts my stomach. its so bland even with cinnamin added.

Im so glad that guy enlightened me about grinding it up and putting it in a shake. Ill tell you the last thing I ate... the last thing ill ever eat again, oatmeal as a solid.
