so i just finished a really awesome breakfast of french toast so i wanted to share it
I whip up 4 eggs and take whole wheat high protein bread (3 slices) and soak them for a bit before they hit the frying pan that's got some olive oil in it. I cook up all the french toast and any leftover egg batter. I then used strawberry protein powder from NTBM and mixed that with just enough milk to make a kind of strawberry protein syrup and I dumped that on top of the french toast
total: 3 slices wheat protein bread, 4 eggs, 1 scoop protein powder, a splash of milk, and some olive oil. Forget all the #s but it's 65g of protein (24 for eggs, 25 for protein powder, 15 for the bread)
Damn that sounds pretty ****ing good. Ima have to try :food:
