What's the last thing you ate??

so i just finished a really awesome breakfast of french toast so i wanted to share it

I whip up 4 eggs and take whole wheat high protein bread (3 slices) and soak them for a bit before they hit the frying pan that's got some olive oil in it. I cook up all the french toast and any leftover egg batter. I then used strawberry protein powder from NTBM and mixed that with just enough milk to make a kind of strawberry protein syrup and I dumped that on top of the french toast

total: 3 slices wheat protein bread, 4 eggs, 1 scoop protein powder, a splash of milk, and some olive oil. Forget all the #s but it's 65g of protein (24 for eggs, 25 for protein powder, 15 for the bread)

Damn that sounds pretty ****ing good. Ima have to try :food:
 
I tried the Lipotropic protein cake, its pretty damn good.

Take a bowl, and use a butter spray on the inside to make it non-stick.
Break 2 eggs into the bowl, and add a scoop of lipo protein Vanilla. Add sweetner of choice.
Beat it until its the consistency of cake batter.
Microwave. The recommendation is 50s to 1min, but it took me 1min10sec, so microtimes vary.

PWO meal shake

30gr of un-flavored whey
3/4 pint of semi skimmed milk
heaped table spoon of coco powder
half tea spoon of sugar
1 table spoon of peanut butter
1 cup of powdered oats
1 table spoon of olive oil
5gr of glutamine

Whole foods..

1 bowl of alpin
1 apple
1 chocolate bar(chocolate fudge Mmmm)
1 slice of cheese.
A few brazil nuts.
 
shredded beef scrambled with 6 eggs
 
Going to have 2 turkey burger patties. Most likely eat an apple too, to help fill me up. Also had a hard boiled egg.

Just had a cinnamon bun protein shake with cinnamon added after 40 mins of cardio.

8oz of pot roast on whole wheat bread and a glass of milk. Breakfast baby! Oh and a big ass slice of my leftover Birthday cake to top it off.

i need to start bulking again. i've put on more fat than I would have liked this year. I'm +40 for the year. muscle memory is amazing.

off for a 8 mile run.

200gr of strawberry yoghurt
approx. 20ml of rape-seed oil
2 caps of Natadrol

Bowl of turkey chili, and a decked out sandwich!

Sandwich with
turkey rotisserie sandwich sliced, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, tomato, onion, spinach leaves, and dill pickles! Yes. To answer your question it was amazing!
 
I tend to stay away from rape seed, heard it makes women pregnant. :lol:

breakfast was french toast made with ezekiel bread and natty maple syrup (and the batter had 2 scoops whey to build muscle cinnamon bun protein)

and right now its some red beans and rice (brown rice)

6 eggs, cooked over easy on a whole wheat tortilla with some salsa and habanero sauce.

MMM that sounds good. Might have to make some eggs later. Wish I had some habanero sauce. Habanero barbq almonds r so good.

Last thing I had to eat was about a pound of steak and a nice big bowl of red potatoes with a few carrots. Of course I took 2 Need2Slin before :lol:

 
Bowl of cheerios three greek yogurts and a protein shake with whole milk.

Dinner about to have roast with celery onion golden potatoes and rice. Healllzzz yeah!!!
 
I usually am too. My diets been super strict lately though so when she put that ****er in front of me... It was all over!

Yeah i dont eat sweets either especially when im home but when im at work and when cheesecake or butterfinger is shoved in my face i turn into a sugarwhore, i have one and its all over. Its bad, kinda like the cookie monster showing his "O" face.

Oh I am looking forward to it, most likely going with some sort of lemon dill sauce I create. I meant boring in comparison to usually my Sunday night dinners are bomb as hell :D

Its beautiful stuff. I know what you mean though. I like to go all out on a sunday.

Lol. I know that feeling brother. I'm a baker. Have been since the economy dropped and theres no const. industry. Talk about a battle of wills!
 
Woke up way late this morning. Protein Shake (LG Lipotropic Vanilla) in milk, Natty PB mixed in, with a banana.

Ahh fukk man, me too. I hate not having a good breakfast.

Mine was two scoops wtbm strawberry, unsweetened almond milk and 1 tbsp of EVOO all mixed up

back to the grind, carb loading was fun yesterday
 
Last night: about a half pound of kalbi and another half pound of bul gogi.

This morning: forgot my breakfast at home :( so bcaa's and a protein shake with creatine thrown in the mix. **** I'm hungry
