What Is Your Favorite Intra-workout Supplement Drink?

Poseidon+Intrabolic

coffee

Water or sizeon for me. I don't use sizeon often though every few months maybe I'll use it for 4 weeks.

you workout in starbucks?
I bring one keep it in my locker and slam it mid way through. There's a dunkin donuts in the same plaza as my gym, so sometimes i'll walk over mid workout and pick one up.

Yea now thats what im talkin about! Theres a starbucks right down from mine as well!

Intrabolic looks way the hell overpriced. It is, more or less, some BCAAs and meaning less vitamins and minerals mixed in with a few g of protein. And some proven-worthless beta alanine.

now I need to look.....who makes it?

I suggest you read a little more research about it. I don't have the time to pull some stuff of but its a lot more than some bcaa's and vitamins.

speaking of sizeon, using again during my PCT and what a freaking pump and great workout...I love this stuff. I have never responded to a creatine like I do to this stuff.

It depends on your phase of training, but I like protein, carbs and aminos intra workout. I mix bulk hydrolysate, EAAs, beta alanine and either WMS or gatorade. During a cut, I leave out the carbs. However since I've started crossfit, I don't really use intra-beverages because I don't have time or the will to drink.

im going to disagree with this my friend. i love intrabolic. beta alanine may or may not be proven worthless, but to some including myself it has rendered noticeable results. I back AEN products because i ran a log and recieved results i was very happy with.

You may want to have your eyes checked.

IntrAbolic is:

1. 7grams of over 30% hydrolyzed whey protein, supplying 70-80% rapidly absorbed di-and tripeptides. Go try and find an equivalent Hydrolysate and cost it out. :)

2. 8-grams of free-form essential amino acids, NOT just the bcaa's, 5 grams from leucine.

3. So, you're looking at 15grams of amino-acids per serving, taken Intra-Workout, which is alot.. That's 2-3x higher in AA's than basic bcaa or EAA products out there and much of coming it, is coming from the superior di-and tripeptides, as well as having a FULL spectrum of ALL the ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS, that are needed for protein synthesis. Show me another intra-workout, even on par with IntrAbolic?

3. 3.2grams of beta-alanine, wich at this point has more supportive research on anaerobic performance than anything except creatine..proven-worthless.LOL, ridiculous to say that. There's literally been one study out of all the studies done, showing it didn't improve performance. 30% of creatine studies show it doesn't work, does that mean creatine is worthless?? WOW, just wow.

Come on man, you KNOW, it's not even close to proven worthless,:hammer: exactly on the contrary, it has the #2 strongest track record out of any anaerobic ergogenic aids in sports nutrition and the research continues to build up.

TL...you know better. You think we would produce a product that is even questionable? There is tons of research on BA, only second to creatine.

AEN already broke down IA above me. This is nothing new, many people who are relatively unfamiliar with high quality products and/or ingredients have a hard time recognizing the calibur of IA.

ill bring a bottle of water w/ 10-15g BCAA's and drink that+regular water throughout my workout

I thought this thread was over because intrabolic was recommended and that pretty much owns  :p
