DAY-12- WEIGHT THIS MORNING- 220 OFF SNOWBOARDIN FOR THE WEEKEND!.

Hey guys, and slick I updated my status just for you!.

After a long, hard, stressfull week, and since hitting the gym everyday since last friday, Im taking the weekend off to go snowboardin with some of my buddies. My diet/workouts wont be there, but Ill be gettin alot of nice cardio through snowboarding and I will eat as much as possible while there.


That being said, I had a pretty d ecent arm workout yesterday. I picked up a new account at work, so I have been really tired as of late. When I get home yesterday I just wanted to sleep, but I popped 3 RPM and took my ass to the gym. MY strength was alright yesterday, and I had an obnoxious pump for about an hour after the gym.

BB Curl- 65x10 65x10 85x8

21's 60x1 60x1 70x1 ( what a efffin burn my god)

Hammer curl ( 40x8 40x8 35x7) Dropset 30xfailure 25xfailure 20xfailure

Incline DB Curl- 35x12 35x10 40x8 ..drop set 30xfailure 20xfailure

Standing tricept extension- 60x12 70x10 80x8

Lying skullcrushers- 70x10 80x8 90x6

Tri pushdown- i forget what the setting was because their not numbered, but I paused for 3 seconds at the bottom and did all negative reps.


i had a rediculous pump and I couldnt even move my arms. still today their sore as f*ck so I hope I did something right to ge these pesky things to grow!

Ill update this weekend on what im eating, ill prolbaly do a bunch of situps and pushups cuz ill feeel like im putting myself to waste ( i honestly dont think ive missed more than 2 days in the past 6 months).

Nice workout bud! One thing - I think I may have confused you about the drop sets. You dont need to do 5-6 sets. Just do 3-4 sets. Have a good weekend bud! You should be shredded when you get back!

thanks guys! I definatly had a blast. My diet was non exisistant I just ate anything that was put in front of me haha. Boardin was awesome! A constant 60 degrees both days it was pretty sweeet. Messed up my shoulder pretty bad on a box but it should be ok, nothing serious just a few bumps and bruises.

Really lookin foward to hitting the weights hard today!
 
REVIEW AFTER WEEK 2


I like the way this 1 week report looks, so I figured I would do it for week 2. I just got back from a weekend of snowboardin with my buddies and it was a blast.


WEIGHT- 223- Thats up 13 pounds since the start of this log!


Diet- My diet was good up until Thursday of this week, taking in about 3k of clean calories per day. Friday, Sat, and Sunday were just eat anything in sight day. Ihad a buncha lasagna, chicken broccoli and zitti, pizza, random junk food that was lying around the house. It was nice to just mow on anything for the weekend.

Training- Last week was a very hectic week for me. I had alot going on, and I was constantly tired. The ONE deffinatly motivated me to get my ass to the gym and lift, because honestly I could say without that I probally would of slacked at the gym, hardcore.

My strength was up on the rise following my first weeks progress, hopefully it still continues to rise this week and into the next. Ill be hitting chest today I believe if my shoulder is fine.

Libido/Feeling- Libido is still raised, not as much as the first week, but after the initial dose of TO it definatly is at its highest point of the day. It usualy tapers off around nighttime. I havent noticed any atrophy yet so thats a good sign.

Muscle Hardness/Apperance/Vascularity- I continue to get bigger. My back shoulders and tri's are particiulary filling out. My chest is getting bigger and some of my pesky nipple fat is shredding away. My midsection is also getting leaner, so that is a nice thing to see. Im not so much as feeling as hard as I was during the first week, but it comes and goes, obviously I have a nice pump after working out that usualy lasts into the next day. I am seeing alot more veins in my arms and shoulders, and their bulging during workouts.


Sides/Lethargy- Lethargy could honestly be contributed to my lack of sleep the past week, but honestly this weekend was pretty good and I got to catch up on a lot of sleep sunday. No other sides from that, other than I am absolutely starving these last couple of days. No new pimples from what I can see. I have lost the Alpha Male feeling for the most part, or I atleast do not notice it anymore. I can feel it for probaly an hour after taking the dose, then I go back to feeling normal again, but I still feel slightly euphoric for most of the day.

Conclusion- Im pumped im still growing! I have continued to see increase in strength, and I hope this week with enough rest and good food I will continue to see gains into week 3. I am really filling out now and I can definatly notice the gains I have gotten so far. With no side effects, the great feeling TO gives me, and the great gains, i definatly dont want this run to stop!

me too..sh*t happened all at once for me and technology is not my friend. I dont even have a comp outside of work anymore so its pretty rough. Im gonna try to get to my parents house maybe sometime soon and use my moms camera.

haha right..it was nice and sore the enxt day, took a few nice diggers ( and hurt myself real good trying to hit a rail). but it was like 55 out so it was an awesome time.

Coulda been the steak quesdilla from taco bell at 10:30 because I had school late last night =/.

I had an AWESOME chest workout yesterday. Focus and strength were through the rough, I felt like I could lift the gym. I dosed 4 caps yesterday and I believe this may be my sweet spot. I took 2 am and 2 at 3 pm yesterday, and I felt like I had taken TO for the first time again. All the good things I experienced the first few days are back.

1 big ole piece of chicken with some cheddar cheese on it

steak quesdilla from the taco bell ( late meal cuz of school and me being the hungriest man ever)

DAY 17- ARMS TONIGHT- 224 (-1)

I had a pretty crazy back workout last night. My weight probaly stayed the same as yesterday cuz I took this mornings weight post-crap haha.

Tonight is arms cant wait to keeeel em.

Deadlift - 12x 135, 12x225 10x 275, 5x 325! < PR. (Last week)

DL THIS WEEK- 12x155, 12x 225, 10x 275, 8x 325, 3x 345 ( i felt like I was gonna die so I only went with 3 here lol).
I kept rest between 45secs - 2 minutes

Lat Pull Down Reverse grip - 120x12 130x10 140x8 140x6

Behind the neck Lat Pull Down- 120x12x3

BB Row- 125x10x3

Machine Row- 130x3x12 ( did 1 arm negatives for 3 seconds)


Body composition and Look- Im lookin thickk. Ive been getting numerous comments about how much bigger I am getting. My arms definatly show improvement, as well as my shoulders back and chest. My legs I have neglected over the past few years but they are slowly getting to where I want them to be.

Muscle Hardness- HOLY PUMP. I was legit pumped for about 10 hours after my workout, no lie. During workout my back had a crazy pump, nothing to hinder my ability to lift tho. My bi's were about to explode out of my skin.

Vascularity- Oh man. It was nuts, my forearms were going outta control yesterday.

Strength- WAY UP! If i wasnt so afraid of moving too much weight that fast, I would of tried for more on the DL. I need to invest in some wraps too I feel like I could throw up some more numbers.

Co-ordination- I was definatly in the zone. I was squeezing my back after every rep and definatly noticing the mind- muscle connection.

Quality of Training- Ive had two awesome workouts this week, hopefully they go as well for the rest of the week

Mood/Aggression- Awesome mood!

Libido- Ever since I jacked it up to 4 pills I have been getting random ass wood again and rediculous morning wood that is just outta control. Cant wait to see my girl tonight :party:


Joints-
Slight dryness in my elbows/shoulders. Uppin fishoil and gonna grab some cissus.

Overall Sense of Feeling (to include mention of any shut-down or sides)- After my deads yesterday, I was litteraly done. I still had the strength to go on which was nuts. Probaly towards the end of my workout I got a really bad headache, and I wanted to legit throw up. Guess it means I got a good workout? Other than that I have been on top of the world. The feeling had faded at 3 pills but with 4 its right back up there.

Egg white omlete 1 whole egg sausauge cheddar cheese
1 egg bagel with veggie butter

16 oz WHOLE milk with 2 scoops whey

1 chicken sandwhich on wheat wrap with 3 slices bacon and american cheese with jalepenos and hot sauce ( SO SO SO GOOD)

2 tuna fish sandwhiches on wheat with pickles and onions

1 pack of nuts ( 560 cals)

I think that puts me around 3k calories and its only 1:30 lol.

side note.. Im pretty sure I have some terrible indigestion. I have been burping like mad lately and sometimes i like half throw up when I do...that and my chest has been kinda bothering me.

any ideas on what I can do?
 
I've been having the same problem,.. friend said it was from the extra food I'm eating on cycle. Anyways, I take prilosec and drink plenty of water!

I have a prescription, have an ulcer(was married once), but I believe they have an otc version,.. if not pepcid works well also!

DAY 19- Weight- 225(+0)

I had an off day yesterday, went up with my budy to get some work on his tat and it took way too long so I decided to take it easy and watch a few movies. Doin shoulders tonight, might also throw legs in there so its like I never misseda day :)

My heart burn hasnt come back since yesterday, but my appetite is on the rise. Lookin foward to hittin the gym tonight.

Going a lil nuts like that wont hurt imo. Keep the ol' body guessing! Just tear it up later, like I know you will! :-D
 
Ok I have been looking over this thread and I noticed that you did 19 set of chest.
If you go to failer each set you should only need 6(min) to 12(max) sets per body part.
I think you are overtraining.

i havent been going to failure, just pyramiding up in weight.

i dont think i have been overtraining atleast?
 
Its okay to eat crappy every once in a while. As long as its not often! :nono: Just make sure you get all your protein in man. You'll be set for the day. :thumbsup:

uh oh..bad news...

I was just at teh gym doing shoulders and Im pretty sure I may have sprained something in my shoulder again..

I was trying the 85 pound DB press, and i got 3 reps then the fourth just came down outta no where and my spotter sucked and let my arm fall, its all swollen already and black and blue..goin to the hospital to see if i did anything :(
 
ah man that really sucks! You need a new spotter. 85lb db presses are fukcing serious! No room for lolly gagging when workin out with spres! I wish you a speedy recovery man! Best of luck!
