I ate are Razzoos and got fish stuffed with crab meat over a bed of white rice covered in ettouffe(spelling) sauce!! It was wonderfull, oh and i had fred pickles before hand. Im probably going to die.

DAY 5-

Ok well, last night I went a little overboard. Ive been very strict for the past few days and I allowed myself a little splurge. That being said, I had a steak quesidilla and soft taco from taco bell lol..

Apart from that, my diet yesterday consisted of..

Egg white omlete with saususage and cheddar cheese

1 bag of those mixed nuts

16 oz milk with 1 scoop whey

Tuna fish sandwhich on low carb wheat

chicken with brown rice


2 bananas

1 natty pb sandwhichon whole weat

1 scoop wms pre workout

2 scoops whey w/ 16 oz skim milk.

then my indulgence at taco bell. =x

goin to hit up arms in a little after I make breakfast!

I ate 9 waffles for dessert last night and still wasn't full.....I really can't seem to ever fill up.....and I have been growing like a friggin' weed the last 3-4 days- growth seems to have sped up rather than slowed down....I was 210.5 when I weighed myself before be last night- don't think that counts though :)

Try this (also good brownie points with the women)
Melt vanilla ice cream in a casserole dish under the broiler..add lots of cinn. and stir when completely melted. Dip Jewish Challah bread into the melted ice cream--no nesd to saturate the bread, then cook on a cast iron skillet. Sick French toast if not the best.

Had a fun chest workout! Vasculary was nuts so was endurance. I felt like I could of got alot more weight but didnt have a spotter so didnt risk it.

Incline DB- 45x10 65x12 75x10 85x10 90x6

Flat fly- 40x10 50x8 60x8

Decline DB- 60x12 70x10 80x8 90x6

Flat Bench- 135x12 155x10 175x8 225x6

BW Dips- 3x12

Yesterday i had a family reuinion all day so it sucks cuz my diet was skewed. I had my whey in my car so I kept taking shakes between meals.. had about 5 throughout the day.

I tried to make the healthiest choices but its hard when there really arent many. I had some pork friend rice, pork and chicken ( chinese food was there). For dinner I had a huge steak with broccoli and corn.

Todays back lookingfoward to going to the gym later on!

Training - Today was back. I was really, really lazy before I got to the gym. I think its the whole daylight savings thing but I had a pretty good workout.

DL- 12x 135, 12x225 10x 275, 5x 325! < PR. I HAVENT EVEN DEAD LIFTED IN 4 months..so this was really impressive for me

Lat Pull Down- 120x12 140x10 150x8 160x6

BB Row- 95x12 135x10 140x8

Low Pulley Row- 100x12 120x10 140x 8 170x6

Assisted Pull ups- 160x10x3


Body composition and Look- Pumped up all the time. My arms are getting more definition as well as my back and chest.

Muscle Hardness- Pretty hard today, I was alot more pumped up yesterday.

Vascularity- Shoulders, forearms and such were really vascular during the workout. not so much now

Strength- Getting way up there. I havent DL'd in over 4 months and I was putting up some pretty nice lifts for myself atleast.

Co-ordination- i feel like I have alot more mind/muscle concentration

Quality of Training- Excellent workout.im Always really focused now over the last week.

Mood/Aggression- Awesome mood!

Libido- Baseline as of right now..its really high some days and baseline others

Joints- Doin good

Overall Sense of Feeling (to include mention of any shut-down or sides)- I feel great! Im really tired today due to the whole losing an hour thing,but that didnt show in the gym.

man I was supposed to get pics from my girl this weekend but the family reunion I had no idea I had to go to came up and some other ****.

I tried taken pics on my blackberry that Im obssesed with but that did not work at all.

Im already sore lol. I have gotten several comments that im looking huge and I love it =) Thx for all the support guys.

and i just made all my food for tommoro. Im gonna eat like a beast its gonna be fun.

pork friend rice is really good, its just got some pork flavoring in it maybe..i have no idea haha
 
Welp, finished up my night with a nice big ole shake ( 50g protein, 26g carbs, round 500 calories).

I just made an entire thing of ground turkey and seasoned it with franks red hot salsa jalepenos and low fat cheddar cheese. Im seriously about to eat all 2.5 pounds =D
 
Day 8- 219 (+9).

Holy ****! I dunno how much of this is that 2 pounds of turkey I ate last night, but hot damn 9 pounds in a week. I knew i was lookin bigger =)

On a side note, I am sore as hell from deads yesterday. My shoulders and lats are super sore, so Im gonna have to see how I feel before I go the gym tonight, either gonna be legs or shoulders.

Just took 2 of the " magic pill" =)
 
REVIEW AFTER WEEK 1


Well, I have been mighty busy! But I have decided to post up my thoughts after the first week.


Diet- My diet has been pretty good over the past week. I had a day of stuff that I felt like I was cheating myself on, but overall my calories have been between 3000-3500 calories per day, maintaining very close to the original diet I had outlined.

Training- So far my training on TO has been spot on. I have rediculous focus inside the gym, and I never want to leave even tho I know I cant lift anymore. Sometimes I find myself in there for an hour and a half just walking around because I want to attack more weights.

My strength has dramaticaly increased in the first week alone. Granted, this may because I am a PH virgin and I am pushing my limits, but I am putting up some numbers that I never even believed I could.

Libido/Feeling- I have been a hornball, literally. The shitty part is my girl goes to school about an hour away from me and I work full time, so it kind of sucks. None the less I am constantly getting random chubbys all the time. I have an overall sense of well being as well as the much sought after Alpha Male feeling. Walking around I feel like im hyoooge and that no one can do anything or say anything to make me feel any different :boobies:

Muscle Hardness/Apperance/Vascularity- Must I say, when I am at the gym and I got a pump going on it is definatly nuts. My shirts have been getting less roomy and roomy and I have gotten comments asking if I have been gaining weight, that I am slimming down, and that I look alot bigger. These are all comming from overaged women that I work with, so I took them as a compliment. (My buddies asked me how many steroids im taking, and I also took that as a compliment haha).

Vascularity is more pronounced working out, and usually late at night (wierd). A few days ago when I was flexing because I was bored, I noticed alot of new veins comming from my shoulders running through my arms and bicep. Im waiting to cut some more BF and I am sure these will be sticking out errrywhere. My muscles feel full all the time and I am constantly walking around like someone inflated my arms chest and back. I simply love it and I dont want this cycle to end!

Sides/Lethargy- The only problem so far I have noticed, is a few pimples on my forehead ( like 1 or 2). I usually never get any, but If I do i get a few like this maybe two or three times a month, so this may be normal. I have noticed NO other side effects. Lethargy has been pretty bad, but not when I get to the gym, more like later in the day. This has pretty much been solved by dosing two caps in the morning, and 1 cap around 2-3 PM. ( I usually workout around 4).

Conclusion- This being my first PH, I really cant compare it to anything. The only complaing is that my shoulders are dead right now from the deads yesterday. Thats it! I am loving every second of this cycle and I am definatly going to use it again someday. I am up a solid amount of weight, and from what I can tell it is almost all lean. I am going to incorporate light cardio ( 10-15 minutes walking on an incline) for the duration of the log. I want to see if I can elminate some BF in the process because I feel like that is definatly possible :bandit:
 
Another note..Idk what it is or why it comes but I seem to get alot of bloating in my stomach, at random times. Its not constant, but some days it is.

Is this just me eating alot more than usual?
 
Bloating is normal when you up the cals man..just takes time to adjust. Review looks great! You killed it with those deads!

def. from the diet change,watch out for the stomach acid build-up also.you could try some papaya enzymes for that.;)

Im so glad you guys are all feeling the same way I felt after I ran this in initial testing. Makes me feel good that i wasnt blowing smoke up anyones ass

Day 9 - LEGS

I am one sore bastard. I been hitting the weights harddd, and Ive been really busy with work and life so its starting to get to me I think. Last night I caved and had a slice of pizza haha, but I have been eating pretty dam clean! Tonight I may hit legs, or take the day off, depending on how I feel after I get outta work.

Im pretty sure its definatly from pushing myself harder, as I have been beastin a the gym as of late.

Another question for you guys. This weekend about 20 of my boys are renting a 1 million dollar MANSION for the weekend up in maine to go snowboarding. Ill be gone fri-Sunday, so my diet will be non existant ( im gonna bring whey and chicken and tuna with me, but thats about it). Im jus gonna eat anything I can find while im up there. Im not gonna say its gonna happen but im pretty sure a couple beers at the most will have to be consumed with 20 of my good friends its bound to happen.

That being said..would it be best to just hit the gym up everyday until friday and then take 2 days off on ? mayb i could do some a buncha pushups this weekend or something lol
