1 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
1 slice cheese
1 whole grain bagel with 2 tbs vegtable butter
1 scoop whey in milk

2 natty pb sangy's on whole wheat

1 scoop WMS

post w/o- 2 scoops whey, 16 oz skim milk, 2 tbs strawberry syrup.
1 huge banana

huge bowl of american chop suey <--bomb
10oz skim milk.

im gonna try to throw in mayb a big tuna sandwhich ( whole can) before I sleep, but I am seriously so full right now i wana barf

Yeaaa yesterday sucked. I got like 4 hours of sleep the night before, woke up at like 10 AM, then I had court all day.

I managed to get like 14oz of ground turkey in a lavash wheat wrap ( these are really good) with some cheese and a fiber one bar in me before I went to bed ( totaled out to be around 500 calories.)


Yesterday sucked for food but im gonna make sure I eat the **** outta today.
 
DAY 3- OFF

Just took my dose this morning. Nice clean energenetic feeling even tho I am extremely tired again today. Im kinda not looking foward to taking today off but Ive been at the gym every day since saturday.

Im still gonna eat the bag today because of the lack of food yesterday.

8am-

egg white 1 whole egg omlete with sausage and low fat cheddar cheese
16oz 1 1/2 milk with 1 scoop whey
1 banana
2 slices wheat toast with veggie butter
 
just weighed myself after a quick dump..granted its not on an empty stomach, but im up to 215(+5). Ill weigh myself tommoro as well on empty stomach and see what I get
 
For some reason Ive had like a headache the last days. Im gonna try and get my BP checked tonight, but is there anything I should/ could do or take?

Gonna try upping my water intake..
 
i'd just up water a bit. haven't had anyone complain of headaches so far, or bp issues. That doesn't mean its impossible so test it for sure.
 
If it doesn't go away you can try celery seed extract. That worked for me before within a few days of use.

seems to have gone away for now. i just had a nice plate of chicken and brown rice and a 1.5L of water, and im feeling pretty good right now. felt like crap all morning but the more food i put in the better im feeling. thanks for the suggestion :pirate:

1 pack of these mixed nuts i bougt downstairs
(560 cals, 32g fat, 32g Carbs, 20g protein)

2 tuna fish sandwhiches on whole wheat( 2 cans tuna, no mayo, onions, lettuce, franks red hot)

2 natty PB sandwhiches on whole wheat


About it so far.


Some things ive noticed in the past 3 days-

* Muscle Hardness is getting up there
* Alot more vascular especialy in the shoulder, forearm, wrists, palms
* I have ALOT of energy after I take TO, but I seem to be tired around 3 pm. I took in this AM at 7 and right now I think I could fall asleep for a while.
* Increased appetite. I just finished my last meal an hour ago and Im ready to eat again.


Thats about it, since today is off I wont be eating my pre or post workout carbs, but Im plannin on havin a nice big bowl of american chop suey and some ground turkey, and a protein shake later on when I get home from work.

I think I have also decided to take 2 caps upon waking up and another cap around 1-2 PM.

sure your not pregneant?..LOL..just kidding!..its got to be the shake(bloated)..a shake could suppress your apettite a little,so try to get in your whole foods before taking it.

ive been trying to. im having technical difficuluties as of late because my blackberry broke, my laptop got stolen, i have no camera, and all i have is my work computer. my girl has a camera and im supposed to be seeing her this weekend so im going to get some then. hopefully im not up 10 pounds by sunday.

the best way to get over feeling old is to feel something young!

edit: also forgot to add. I was really bored last night and I was standing in front of the mirror flexing and such ( yea im a fag), and I noticed veins comming outta everywhere that ive never seen. All in my shoulders, my side, running down my biceps. They werent bulging, but I know they want to come out. I thought it was wicked cool and thought id share it!

Woke up wicked late this morning..didnt get a chance to bring as much food with me to work as I wanted, so I just threw chicken and brown rice into two tupperware containers and Ill go downstairs and get a few tuna sandwhiches. Bout to have my usual work egg white omlete =).

Today will be the first day trying the split dosage. Just took 2 right now and I am going to take 1 around 2 PM ( I workout at 4pm).

It will also be my first chest workout since starting and im really excited to see what the strength incrases are going to be. My chest is my trouble area,its where I seem to store extra fat, so im going to be hitting up decline DB press, incline DB press, flat bench, flys, cable work and dips. Ill update through the day and after my workout like always.

Damn, 6 pounds in 4 days. Thats just amazing.
 
Thats what im saying myself..my initial weight may have been anywhere from 210-212, but still im noticing alot of things.

The only problem im having is Im feeling bloated in my stomach area. not sure what the deal is but it comes and goes.

That and im WICKED tired today. Idk what it is i keep wanting to fall asleep at work. Could be I got 6 hours of sleep last night, and my job is really..really...really..really.realllllly boring.

Newhoose..im noticing my arms are looking alot fuller, as well as my shoulders and back. My chest sucks and has always sucked, so im hoping that by the end of this cycle i lose some of this pesky nipple fat i hate so much.

I split up the dose today, just took the 3rd pill and final one for the day.

Egg White omlete w/ sausauge and cheddar cheese
2 slices split top wheat bread with veggie butter
16 oz 1 1/2 milk with 1 scoop whey

About 10-12oz chicken with brown rice

Tuna sandwhich on low carb wheat wrap

Bag of nuts from yesterday (these things are good and packed with cals/carbs/good fats)
(560 cals, 32g fat, 32g Carbs, 20g protein)

Hitting the gym at 4, making my preworkout cocktail and goin to destroy chest. I took a day off yesterday and i have been itching to go allllll day.

Spres, you may be bloated from eating a lot more than usual. I know Ive been bloating like crazy since Ive upped the cals. Though it does getter by the day as your body adjust. I also look straight reeeped in the morning. How bout you? Do you look bloated upon waking after you take a doody?
 
it usually goes away after i poop, but then comes back during the day when im cramming my face. im eating alot more than usual so thats probaly it
 
Had a fun chest workout! Vasculary was nuts so was endurance. I felt like I could of got alot more weight but didnt have a spotter so didnt risk it.

Incline DB- 45x10 65x12 75x10 85x10 90x6

Flat fly- 40x10 50x8 60x8

Decline DB- 60x12 70x10 80x8 90x6

Flat Bench- 135x12 155x10 175x8 225x6

BW Dips- 3x12

Ok well, last night I went a little overboard. Ive been very strict for the past few days and I allowed myself a little splurge. That being said, I had a steak quesidilla and soft taco from taco bell lol..

Apart from that, my diet yesterday consisted of..

goin to hit up arms in a little after I make breakfast!
