I am not talking about cutting fat around my midsection to get a "ripped" look, I am literally talking about how to shrink my abdominals. My abs are pretty distended, and I would like to know if there is a way to shrink them down. I am 5'11 at 300lbs @ 23% body fat. I hardly do any ab workouts but I am very active.
A problem for anyone else?
