Really feeling PBold is kicking in hard at the gym I just want to keep moving up with the wieghts. Even prev. weights I did a year ago are being matched and even over taken. My back has always been a bain in my workouts. This workout was one of the better back workouts Ive had in a very long time. Side note was nice to my my wife back working out with me.

Sweet..agression was HIGH the other day, LOL. I workout at a small gym. Its been gettig really busy with the new edition of a local boxing club joining in. But I HATE when people are using like 4 machines/areas at a time. I walk over and the "dude" is like. I was using that. Im like um, it looks like your using that other machine...Just want to smack the sh*t out of some poeple!!!LOL. Keep getting it man!!!

LoL got to remember to keep the anger down to a minimum while on cycle.
 
Also nice leg day there Warcraft always look forward to rest day my lazy butt took one Tuesday so it's a long rest of the week for me.
