Can't believe it. Went to dinner with the family and got sick. I a Fcuken hurry to went from great happy me to 5 mins later felling like I was going to burn up to death. That was tuesday night. So Wednesday was a waste of a day. Still trying to feel better. F this day.

I bet,working at a school doesn't help with staying healthy either.I hate missing anytime I've been fighting the flu all winter working at a hospital is a killer with all the things i seem to pick up every winter.

6 lbs since Saturday....wow.I just wieghted myself I'm accually down to 238 lbs. But strength is still going up.

Sweet..agression was HIGH the other day, LOL. I workout at a small gym. Its been gettig really busy with the new edition of a local boxing club joining in. But I HATE when people are using like 4 machines/areas at a time. I walk over and the "dude" is like. I was using that. Im like um, it looks like your using that other machine...Just want to smack the sh*t out of some poeple!!!LOL. Keep getting it man!!!
