Oh ya. My workouts are a hella let better. I don't let myself let my workouts get easier. Because once the weight seems lite I move up right away. My aggression is pretty well high all the time. I'm moving back into my normal weight range that I was before a lot came up. I will say I know something is working because my wieghts are alround better.
 
Exactly what I wanted to hear. Yeh man, same here. Once I start getting "more" reps with a certain weight...Time to move up.

I'm prob going to go into a PCT after I run out of PBold. Then another run of it. (Maybe a double dose run?) Because the Arnold Classic is about 62 days away and have to drop about 20 FAT pounds and look a hella lot better. The strippers love a hard guy. HAHA :hump: :evil: And my hotel is right by one. HAHA

Are you getting Bold to the Pth power too now? I remember you saying you might switch cycles...

No...Im an idiot. was going through all the logs and just commented on M1P log...got cinfused...whoops. Correction..loving M1p. Saving the bold for future run
 
Dang 225 on a close grip bench thats insane man.

When I was going very regular this was my normal. Its nice to be back to it.
Now I'm still going regular this WILL keep going up. Just wish my normal bench would move up.
 
I think I'd like to try get down to 10% this year too. I've never been lower than 13. Turning 40 in a couple weeks, 10% would be a huge accomplishment for me.

I would love to get around 15% BF but it is still hard for me. But I'm not giving up.
