I posted on facebook. I worked my username into what I posted!. I asked my wife if I could use her facebook to do this, so that is how it is. Really I don't want a facebook account.

not yet, when I start making enough money to buy my own supplements, plus get what im paid, then i'll be able to have give aways from my own, but for now, all of mine are opened and being used, lol.

not a problem, as a customer, what kind of things aside from promo's and product updates would you like to see?
We were thinking of doing product writeups and posting them on there, what do you think about that?

i've seen online stores post up discount codes on our f/b page, which is always nice. if you cant check everyday on it, might be a good idea to remember where you last read, and read up from there, so y'all dont miss out on deals, promo's, give aways.
 
Always nice to see (on facebook) a review written by someone, news on new supp's, local times and places for promo at local supplement stores, pictures.... I have been seeing a few transformation contest where winners get cash, products trips ect.. I know that that is from large companies but for some of us little guys smaller competitions posting before and after pics.. or weekly pics of how we are dong with a certain product of yours and the winner might gewt another free tub of something of their choice. The perameters obviously will have to be more in depth than what I just listed but just a few ideas!

Instead of promos.. I just read that again. Nutritional advice or updates, sometimes a certain receipe with supplements is nice, other ways to use product (despite what the bottle directions say), did I say exercises or even you tube videos of proper form and how to make a simple exercise into a compund or when to superset certain exercises to get max gains. Best motivation I think for people just starting is pics or videos of not so seasoned lifters/body builders... people just starting off could get discouraged by seeing people like phil heath, Khan and others. I am sure you kow that everyday bodybuilders know all this stuff. New clients are what you are going for too, they are the ones who need the education, motivation and ........ thats for you cause I couldnt think of a thrid excuse ;)

Im excited... Im using a blender bottle(tm) from GNC right now... just doesnt feel right... like I need a more official way to mix up my chocolatey nutritional goodness... for now I just have to squint real hard and pretend its an SNS shaker cup... lol.

I think I need a youtube vid of that going down...tie off the sleeves and the bottom of the shirt, dump half a tub of protein in through the neck followed by a gallon of milk and swing it around your head a couple times... that should end well.
