Well today was supposed to be Arms.....not sure what happened but i ended up with Cardio/Calves and Abs......damn i need to abs. Weight is constantly dropping now and am getting daily improvements. I don't believe i've lost much size if any aside from water ret in the muscle belly's. I believe the Cerberus/Hard a keeping my gainz and gradually improving them. Tomorrow shall be Arms and a bit of cardio, or a second cardio session late night. Might as well since I'll probably head back to work soon and wont to make the most of my down time.

Yes up here before we get married we have to slay a Grizzly with a knife and present it to the father of the bride as a gift and you know what we call that? .................................Good manners :)

Hillarious bud, i was supposed to head into the bush yesterday to start baiting an area with my friend (nickname is Grizzly) monster of a man. Going out this weekend to sight in and pop of a couple thousand 9mm rounds at the outdoor range, fun day gun day!!!

Yeah I am feeling you there. I REALLY didn't want to post up my pics in my thread. I don't even look bad or anything. I am just so self critical that in my eyes I am a hot mess. It is very hard to pull back and try and view what the rest of the world sees. They are just looking at me seeing what is actually there, and I am assessing myself against a lofty ideal. The difference in the way we view / assess ourselves makes posting progress pics when we are not in stud mode feel like a relatively negative experience.

Yeah I am feeling you there. I REALLY didn't want to post up my pics in my thread. I don't even look bad or anything. I am just so self critical that in my eyes I am a hot mess. It is very hard to pull back and try and view what the rest of the world sees. They are just looking at me seeing what is actually there, and I am assessing myself against a lofty ideal. That's exactly my situation, I mean precisely. I look ok but my age and loose skin and my self criticism. I don't even want to see a pic of myself till I feel I'm ready.

Just got back from the gym, I'm spent. 30 mins of cardio and blasted arms today with mtut style training and extreme negatives. Painful pump today couldn't grab my earphones had to pull them out with tilting my head. I'll probably head back late night for a lil deadlift session and more cardio/calves after I take a power nap and feed my belly a few times. Joints and ligaments feel good, having great sleep the last few days also. I'm a lil scared to jump on the scale cause of the amount of weight i've been dropping..... probably wait till next week to have a lil scale cry lol. But i feel really good and my stamina has increased lately. Today i hit 68 reps for dips with good form and full ROM so im happy about that, seems my strength is holding up fine even though i've been dropping.

I didn't say that lol but now that you mention it. Now that Pavelski has taken on more leadership I think they will fare better as he is a good playoff performer. The playoffs are a marathon and the first round is always brutally physical. Canadian kids are groomed for this sort of punishment.

Little joe is such an upgrade for them at c. Thornton was always a good player but he just wasn't they leader they needed. That goal little joe had last night just blowing through kopitar (who I consider one of the best defensive centers of his generation, maybe even all time) was just downright impressive.

If they can get past the Kings they might really have a chance this year because it'll build a confidence they've never had. Every year it's "when are we gonna blow this" regardless of how good they might actually be. They've lost to teams they should've stomped out because they just mentally couldn't go for the kill.
 
Sounds like things are going well and 68 dips at once is pretty awesome. I have done in the low 60's but it has been a while since I did high rep dips.

Thanks bro, i hit 78 before i tore my left pec a couple years ago slowly but surely getting up there again. I love to push it.
 
Well i just finished a killer cardio session.....lil too good. 1hr 15min on the stepper and 1 hour on the treadmill, finished off with body weight squats and sissy squats 5 sets of each. Had to pull over twice to puke.....yup it was a good one. The worst is when your laughing and cramping up at the same time. It will be some weights later tonight though, when the gym is nice and dead. Got a BBQ to go to tomorrow so I have to try and be good, but mmmmmmm BBQ!

Any workout i puke from means im pushing myself. I'd rather push myself than go through the motions like a drone. 120% or stay home just my thoughts on it, everyone is different.

What the hell kind of intensity are you doing for those cardio sessions? Like sprints? Then I could see it but just slogging along for 1hr15 on the stepper seems like there's no way a healthy person should be puking

Wind sprints on incline treadmill, stepper i go as hard as i possibly can for as long as i can. Total is over 2 hrs cardio then squats. I train very hard that people look at me like im crazy.......in the end they look the same every day I don't look the same. Im healthy no issues there i just push beyond my body can do. It's all mental I've always been called a nutter from friends. Slogging in not in my vocabulary.
