Thanks bro, actually just got the stitches removed but I popped two stitches when I was working yesterday so I was told nothing heavy.....he's like what do you do again for a living? Oh ok well there goes that idea of taking it easy. Time to pull out the Richard Simmons weight. It's all good sometimes a lil break is exactly what the body needs. I start light and work back up.

Final impression for this Andro stack of Epi@1000mg, Super-1@330mg and Super-4@330 Duration 4weeks. These are weeks 4-8 and was running a different stack on initial 1-4wks.

This andro stack helped me out with increased size and strength. One great thing about this stack is that if you find that your current dose say of Epi is too much you can make an adjustment and drop 250mg's or more if needed. Also keep in mind on having this products solo compounds you can stack certain ones with Super-11, and the soon to be released Super-2. Libido was no issue throughout the 4weeks. Energy was good and same with focus. Lots of times i would think last reps then without think just crank out more reps. So i tried the first 2.5 weeks with a daily 2500-3400 and was putting on size and getting leaner as you can see in the pictures. The last 1.5 weeks i ate everything in sight and put on a good deal amount of weight. Currently im 212 this morning. I can't remember off hand what weight i started at but I think it was around 187. Trying this out i figure this stack is a great choice for both recomping and also bulking. There's no question on the quality of these products. For the price you pay your getting a good amount of product, but I'd suggest buying the larger bottle sizes because of cost effectiveness and well once you've done one cycle you going to want another run soon. This way you'll have some left over. I can't say there was anything bad with these products, as it did exactly what it should do. Keep in mind i was using a cycle support product and a bunch of other ancillary products to help my body against any sides. Don't expect the world in one 8week cycle, but with a few of these cycles linked between pct you'd be able to transform you body no question. This is not a sponsored log just honest opinion.
 
Nice final review bro. Mine is going about the same. Loving it. And I completely agree with you saying not to expect the world. I think a lot of first users expect some crazy miracle pill. You get out what you put in to it in my opinion. If you bust your ass in the gym and have a good diet you're going to get results, and over time it's definitely going to push you to the next level.

bringing this back from the dead.....got a few other products I might do a log on. So an update here i've been working like a dog the past few months, trying to train as much as possible. Well I went up to 235 then started tappering my diet down. Just got back from Vegas watch the Mr. Olympia that was once in a life time event. er at least for me. I'm starting to do a lil thing called abs I thought they were a myth but no they're real. maybe just maybe a lil cardio, but main focus now is now cheats and clean food. Currently im at 222lbs and hopefully stay the same weigh roughly just get leaner....once it gets cold im going to put my winter coat on and go for 250-260. Ill post some pics soon at 222lbs.....to think i started AM around 184 "pics in my first log" dieting down from 252 to now 222 and not that much fatter lots of progress has been made this year already. I've got a whack of supps to review.....

Leg's today, and 2nd session of abs and cardio when i get bored tonight. I've got a few more days off till i go back to work next monday. I'll get into what supps i have lined up soon. going to be a light weight high rep leg day.

222lbs in this photo i've really cleaned up my diet the last 2 weeks and have drop now to around 215 or so last night, So as i mentioned in another post i've got some interesting news. Even though i know a decent amount about nutrition, supplements, gear you will never know it all. After much thought about it i've decided to get a coach. As it plays out I managed to get a hold of one I've been following for years and a big fan of. Starting Monday i get my new training schedule and diet etc from IFBB pro Antoine Vaillant. I'm pumped to see the finished product.
 
I hit chest today starting to feel my strength coming back. First time doing incline BB press since i tore my pec a few years ago. I've been doing DB presses since. started with a plate then I managed 21 with 245.... happy with that.
 
Well there's a reason why i after been on AM for awhile and it didn't take me long to realize things havent changed. Always curious on the keyboard heroes if they even lift.

LOL Natty er nope no natty for me please sir. Goal is to gain quality size not that much water retention, no issue with running gear also. Curious on if anyone would stack some gear with the OL products.

If you were to run a cycle you could run an OL andro stack or other PHs and throw in EU. Sup3r-DHEA as a base of course.

My ideal natty stack is OR1GIN + TR1IUMPH + DSU + EU and maybe TEST1FY with CU pre and ENDUR3 intra. This can also be a PCT stack with KINGS BLOOD, but would drop TEST1FY..

As the OL resident 11kt expert I will chime in. For a simple, super enjoyable run I would look to do 8-10 weeks of 16mg Lgd and 250mg Super-11 ED. lowish dose some kind of base such as Super-dhea or Dermacrine.

When running this cycle I also used 1 serving of Ep1c Unleashed TD ED which I find significantly assists in my HIIT work capacity and volume workouts.

Ah if you have super-4 on hand then that would be perfect to use. I reckon 220mg would be the sweet spot to not have to worry to much bout E.

I most definitely use Endur3 everyday as a staple. Year round. Sorry I didn't specify that. I don't use EU to help with blood pressure because I use other things for that, though EU is certainly effect even on cycle. I go for cheaper BP control. I prefer non-stim pwo's on cycle also to mitigate BP issues. I did use SU on my last cycle and it helped my joints tremendously. The main reason I chose what I did was:
1. Not to sound like schilling every single product we have;)
2. I like to save some natty anabolic firepower (triumph/EU) for PCT when I will need the boost
3. With the mega cycle I listed too many more additions to the cycle itself would likely go unnoticed and lead to missed/forgotten dosing, etc. The compounds themselves would make for plenty of gains whilst saving the natty stuff to help keep the muscle afterwards.

And I totally agree with NoAddedHmones S11 suggestion.
 
I used 4 andro on my last run as well at 330 mg. It worked great as a base. I've always wanted try a very high dosed 1/4 cycle to see what that's like. I suppose I would throw high doses epiandro in there as well.

I love the EPI Jebrook i found i respond best at higher doses.

1. I know im already sold on OL products ;)
2. I never thought about that, I usually just tap into my inner rage.
3. Totally agree it does get hard to tell what is exactly do what and what isn't working. It's harder to trouble shoot issues also.
 
Looks like G, jeb and NAH have given you some good stack options man! So many ways you could go. Im always a sucker for having dermatrest in a stack myself.
 
Well i know 3 things now.

1- I'm still confused as f uck on what my next run is going to be first want to discuss it with my coach
2- I got my Training routine today and it looks....intense I love it. I can't wait to see what i can learn from an IFBB pro. Im getting my diet other stuff tonight.
3- I just found a sample pack of CU under a tub of protein Candy Krush I dont care what you taste like your strictly for the gainz lol Off to crush legs with the new Rob Zombie Album....
 
That was an intense leg workout damn and i love every minute of it. Lots and lots of sets, there was a moment at the end i almost tossed my cookies.
I'm very interested in seeing after a couple months to see if I've brought up any of my weak points. I think i wont weigh myself for a bit and maybe in 4 weeks see what im at.
 
Today is back and traps, looking forward to the pain. My new Diet sucks compared to Five Guys burgers lol. I can tell i've dropped weight already but i dont feel sucked out at all. Ill post my weight later but no progress pics for a bit. Lots of warmup set and holding sets with this new plan has got my nuscles pumped to a painful level.
 
Turkey dinner tonight means i've got to kill legs today. Snow is here had to put the winter tires on, it was going to happen anyways. My weight is fluctuating like crazy Thursday before bed 206 down from 222 now this morning 214.6 first thing in the morning. Wonder what ill weight after supper lol. My diet is on point right now im able to have 1-2 6hr cheat sessions a week. The new diet isn't that bad at all.
