WAF does an OL Super1/Super4/EPI run and various other product reviews.

Plenty of carbs on workout days is fine as long as most of them are after workouts. I tend to try and keep lower fat on workout days and lower carbs on non-workout days. Training frequency and volume plays a role as well, when I am training 5 times a week then my carbs tend to get higher overall. I have been averaging 2800 to 3000 on workout days and 2000 or less on rest days which usually has me losing just under a pound a week. Well while in 1-andro and pbold now switching to sarms I am up 9 lbs and leaner. It always freaks me out when I gain on a calorie deficit but this time it's gone wild. So has training :) I'm getting the crap kicked out of me but able to recover well enough to get the next workout done. All I do is train and sleep.

Yah they're super low just been messing around with macros lately trying to find a sweet spot on energy/fat loss/muscle gain. Takes time to dial the lets call it lean bulk without the water buffalo effect or zombie state.

Have you tried allmax Carbion or karbolyn from all American fx? I like the peanut butter pure karbolyn from pro supps also I would mix it with half a scoop of chocolate protein powder of choice.

Yah I never go that low, not even during prep I think my minimum was 50 grams. I might have hit 40 at times.

It seems the last couple days i can't find this log on the supp log section, and have to use search to find it. Both laptop and iphone same thing.
Anyways i missed out yesterday's log as i passed out on the couch after supper. Had very low carbs i figure it was around 95g's maybe thats why i passed out real early or I just really needed the rest. Yesterday i trained bi's and tri's with the same routine i gave smith_69 .

There's a few things to note currently

-the increased heat after dosing has gone away
-pumps are getting ridiculous yes i train very high volume and my routine i slighty change just swap a few exercises previous few weeks my pump was lacking
-people noticing a difference in the last week a few guys asked me what kind of gear im on
-hunger isn't overkill mode but very manageable
-can pass out 1 hour after dosing if need to
-sleep is still great not to sure if its the OL stack or the MK-677 but keep in mind i've been on MK for a few months and only recently increased sleep quality has been observed
-not much water retention
-no headaches or bp spikes or digestive issues
-not a huge increase in strength but im not training for that purpose and believe if i was it would be increased a fair bit
-recovery has been off the hook

Tonight ill be hitting legs up later when all the hipsters are out of the gym. Not sure exactly what ill do for exercises but it will he high volume with some MTUT set incorporated. I love the pain on MTUT with legs it makes me feel like i actually accomplished something. I have no idea what my weight is maybe ill weight myself tomorrow but id rather look good in the mirror than a big number on the scale. For diet im trying different things to find out what my body likes. I've been noticing that i do better with med to high carbs and low fat oppose to low carbs high fat. Roughly trying to hit around 300p a day.

LOL that is exactly my pain not many good gyms, yup im at goodlife tried 2 other places here all the same ****. Numpty overload on a daily. Rage mode the second i get in the door and see all the stupid **** and guys wearing their wives clothing at least thats what it looks like to me. Call me old fashion i guess. I'm checking out a new gym today, wife has been encouraging me to open a gym myself for people who actually train. Hopefully i can make it reality soon. Dreamweaver you need to expand ;) ;)

Its a tough business, hard to fine enough people who really want to go to war. It's picking up and my people are really starting to show excellent progress so I'm hoping others will catch the bug.
 
I can totally vouch for the Toronto area gyms being FILLED with hipsters... Spent all last summer there and dear god I will never workout in the afternoon/evening there. It was like "dodge the dbag with the shaved head-man bun".

Something ill never understand till the day i die. Man buns yah seem to go along with tights under shorts to cover up the legs and those tight supposedly jogger pants.... um in the 80's only women wore **** like that and they were called clam digger pants...women only. I eiter train late at night or morning. Why so mad??? cause its killing the industry and bodybuilding in general. It's like rainbow day all day every day if you know what i mean.

Watered down then they close. But this gym im checking out supposedly is the hardcore gym in Edmonton, I heard big Ron Partlow used to train there.

I had one of the the best moments of my life at Christmas this year: my mom (who is also a pretty big fitness enthusiast) thought it would be nice to buy me some nice new gym clothes (I typically wear shoes, sweats or shorts with holes, and a Walmart hoodie- about as unfashionable and "don't talk to me" as possible). She bought me a pair of really expensive Gap joggers. When I opened them I started laughing and just said "mom, you do know I can't wear these, right?"... She was stunned and asked why... So i put them on. They might as well have been compression pants and were a size L and I typically wear a M in boxers and such haha. They were so tight around my legs and butt that you could see my d and balls outlined... Her response "oh god, take those off. I'm taking them back". Proudest moment ever.

Yah sorry just venting here but the age of man is no longer with us, with this kinda **** going on. Oh and just cause you can grow a beard doesn't make you manly most have never touched a tool. Damn bro was having the same problem today I always go at 5 am as soon as my gym opens because it's empty and the people that are there always go at that time and know how to respect personal space but Saturday's they don't open until 8 so I usually move equipment to any empty corner and but today people must have been on a mission to mess with me 4 times they got so close I literally wouldn't have been able to do my shoulder presses or raises without bumping into them , worst part was there was room everywhere else it was crowded but there was room man it was tough to not snap on people today but worst part is if you even try to say one thing , and now your the biggest ahole in the place . At one point I was trying to do some shrugs on the squat rack and some idiot comes up and starts break dancing in the middle of the two squat racks , what is that ? It went on the remainder of my time at the gym , people need to learn to at least respect space, even worse gyms are turning into social clubs at busy hours it's ridiculous I would do anything to open up my own gym where stuff like that gets penalized gotta do something stupid that's 50 push-ups or ur membership gets revoked hah . Don't mean to rant but had to vent as well and just saw it fit in here lol

Welcome bro yah im loving this stack especially the 1000mg, personally after this run id never run epi any other way. No issues at all with it for me, all smiles here. Big difference compared to the last 4 weeks before this stack im not going to lie. Grab another one its not like its going to go bad any time soon and if you don't like it you've got some for the next run.

Not necessarily bud i've never had an issue telling people where to go if they show no respect. My nickname is FullThrottle cause thats how i do everything or i just don't do it. This has been months and months of this ****, just venting now. Oh and i was born alpha, god never gave me a fuse i'm wired to go all the time with anybody anytime if they're dicks. But if you are good ill bend over backwards to help you it goes both ways. Like these 3 guys standing in front of the change room chatting forever people have to walk around and they glare at everyone well my workout was done and i walked through all three of them. No ****s given you act like a dick ill call you a dick. Common courtesy and respect is nowhere to be seen these days compared to 15years 20years ago. It's the whole attitude of people now all about themselves.

Nothing bro but i've never had an issue there it really depends on your genetics and if your prone or already starting to. I should have been bald years ago if so. Better to be safe and take some precautions if your concerned on it. Wife commented today a difference in the past week in changes to my body, so i really doubt it's all mental and there's some validity in that considering she see's me on a daily.

Got a group of 4 guys that are always in the gym when I'm there that don't know what the **** they are doing and are always in the way. Gets on my nerves. Saw one guy get a barbell stuck on his chest benching with 25lb plates on each side lol. Everyone has to start somewhere, but I have an irrational anger towards them lol. Your posts about hipsters and **** made me laugh and think about that lol

I dont know man when i started training like 20 years ago i was nothing like most of the people in the gym now. It's like everyone has gone full potato. We didn't have the internet, there were these things called books i hear if you read them you might learn something. Now it's like" i just joined a gym cool bro now what i don't know but since there 5 of us here lets just do selfies or vids of dead with a plate yah cool bro". I can't figure it out, supposed to progress with new knowledge. Everything is at their finger tips an still....numpty's. The other thing i notice is in a full packed gym im the only one soaked in sweat. Maybe the sweat wrecks their manless bun hair do?

Funny video...reminds me of me in 8th grade trying to squat 225 in my basement...fell backwards into what was a wall made of old drywall...put a nice dent in it! That was in 1963...been lifting ever since. Best addiction a man can have.
 
I don't get it either. And ya, especially with the huge amount of free resources to get a lifting program. Guess some people are just meant to be tiny. Lol

Full Throttle, I like that. I am the same way about douches like that in the gym though. I have split a heard of douches many times in my 30 years of lifting. Well anything not just lifting. Some things I just can't deal with.
Not reracking the weights is a good way to get called out around me.
Don't even think of sweating on a bench or machine then just getting up and leaving your sweat there. I WILL COME MAKE YOU WIPE IT UP!!!!
Don't stand around blocking things like doorways, machines or paths.
Don't get on your damn phone during your rest periods UNLESS you are getting off the equipment.
Resting a long time on equipment and refusing to let me work in will never go well either.

Something on the same lines as what you mentioned that is a pet peeve of mine is when you have a group of guys walking down the sidewalk taking up the entire sidewalk and none of them want to be courteous and create a space for you to pass. When I am "On" my alpha gets a little worse and they tend to get walked right through as if they were of no consequence.

Yah i have that issue with new apprentices in the trade, always something to complain and never want to work. Glad i found a new gym today at powerhouse gym. No douches, im not the only one covered in sweat. No roosters walking around just people who want to train. It's got that late 80's early 90's feel to it. Exactly what i want. I used to work in a gym like it back home when i was younger for years, since it closed up this is the first gym that compares to it tons of equipment that you don't see in man bun lady wearing gyms now these days. Love it, chains, tires, chalk is highly reccomended hell they even have puke buckets and a wheelchair for leg day. I've got to take a pic of the sign it's priceless.

Alright so i hit up some Calves and Tities baby please today, i haven't had a pump this good in a long long time. Felt like a deep muscle contraction different then before. I've cut out cadio and still getting good results upper chest was damn pumped today. Weighted dips with chains felt awesome what a difference having that weight higher on your torso. This place has a lil restuarant that you can tell them your macros and they will make whatever you need, plus a supplement store inside. I understand this might be common in the US but up here it isn't.

Calves-

Seated Calf extension- 6 sets all high reps to failure

Standing calf raises- 4 sets to failure

Seated Calf raises- 5 sets all to failure last 2 MTUT style

Chest-

Incline DB press-6 sets last to failure and slow negs

Incline DB flys- 4 sets last one superset and finished with a db press

Dips- 5 sets, 3 weighted with chains all sets to failure

Hammer strength flat press-5 sets with the last 2 MTUT style

Hammer strength decline press- 3 sets all to failure

Peck deck-4 sets all to failure and supersetted each with close grip presses on the back rest



I've got a question for you long term members here at AM maybe MrKleen73 can shed some light on this. It came to my attention a member posted a pic wearing a shirt and had to take it down because of site rules. I'd like to know exactly where all these rules are to be found as i never seen this when i've looked for it. So if I post a pick with say Universal t-shirt on am i going to have to take it down and get a spanking for it as they aren't a AM sanctioned company?? First i've ever seen a forum telling what you can wear. That been said what other rules are there cause that doesn't make sense to me.
