This gives an idea of "fresh strength," but it doesn't paint a full picture, as my stamina and overall performance was also greatly effected. The only routine that I have repeated throughout this time, which have remained "the most" non-ambiguous, are the first three exercises of my lat pull down days. This will paint a fuller picture

I've had a positive experience so far in terms of performance. I could do without the lethargy, but as many of you know, the problem is being addressed and slightly resolved with a tapered dosage from 9 caps/7 days to 6 caps.
Hope this problem gets FULLY RESOLVED with the lowered dosage, without compromising your lifting performance V
