I've had a positive experience so far in terms of performance. I could do without the lethargy, but as many of you know, the problem is being addressed and slightly resolved with a tapered dosage from 9 caps/7 days to 6 caps.

Hope this problem gets FULLY RESOLVED with the lowered dosage, without compromising your lifting performance V :)

Are you seeing any kind of recomp effects from the PRIME? I saw them on my first run of it and wasn't even trying to recomp then.

Since the two stim kings are here, out of curiosity, has anyone ever tried Phenadrine + Ephedrine or Phenadrine + RPM, or TG have you ever dosed Phenadrine, Ephederine and RPM at once?

I need a one time boost for tomorrow morning. We're having an all trainers conditioning session using heavy lifting and power movements, it'll probably last 50 min straight of balls to the walls, anything goes, weights, jumps, pull ups, runs, but my cardiorespiratory is really weak at the moment, so I want to amass some good fuel for a one time Stim A-Bomb that won't kill me into cardiac arrest.

I have to my disposal:

1. Phenadrine (primarily germanium based stim)
2. 25mg Ephedrine HCL
3. 200mg Caffeine caps
4. 3mg Yohimbine Caps
5. Leviathan Reloaded
6. RPM's

I don't want to combine more then 3 together. The caffeine caps are obviously out, because caffeine is in everything else, but help a bruva out. I need a combination that will maximize performance, not lose weight.

This is serious business, I'm easily the strongest trainer there, but most likely the bottom of the todum pole when it comes to muscle endurance and stamina. All the other trainers are cross-fit fanatics, I've never done cross-fit in my life, but tomorrow I'm going to get put through the endurance and stamina grinder, so I need an ace up my sleeve.

Thanks TG, no, no "notable" recomp effect. My diet is very baseline at the moment, its not geared toward gain or loss. I have gotten much stronger, but I look the same for the most part. I feel my shoulders have gotten deeper definition and my chest has improved. but my chest development is probably only noticeable to myself.

Thinking about it, that may be the safest route, as any other combination may bring too much caffeine into the equation. Yohimbine for performance eh? I'll do some reading on it and see what pops up.

Keep in mind if you overdose it will destroy your workout. It think you are already a freak and have a strong mind to get to where you are. You can do this, a little boost wont hurt but if you take it too far you will bust this idea and end up feeling like crap.

I couldn't agree more. I have ruined many workouts by being way over-stimmed. I just lose touch with rationality sometimes. It's the Berzerker in me!! :aargh::fool2:

I must say, having this much energy after being used to a general lethargy is brilliantly euphoric.

I was definitely getting hated on this morning. I went to a gym I don't normally go to, (sadly, it's a primarily Asian demographic gym and I go there when I really want to feel big, I know, shame on me for exploiting the stereotypically small stature of my peoples). Actually, it's a break from monotony. I frequent between 4 different gyms in different cities. I do have a main, but I have a tendency to be a bodybuilding vagabond.

Back to the hate, there is a group of 4 guys, they're not big, but they're not Asian, so at THIS gym, they are the "usual big boys" not this morning :nono: I would catch all of their eyes looking at me when I did my lifts and compared to what THEY were doing, pfffft :nono: At my main gym, they'd be incredibly average, but at this Asian gym, not only are they the largest, but also the tallest and they usually walk around with their chest out, much like popular, varsity football players walk around their high school campus. Very loud conversations across the gym, flirting with girls 10-20 years their younger. I have no problem with a pack of lions roaming their turf, I get that, but not this morning :nono::nono::nono: I eat first :nono:

I'm not being arrogant, sorry guys, I think it's the testosterone talking. I haven't done "Respectable" rows or a truly complete back workout in awhile. I didn't like doing an all lat pull down back workout as I'd been relegated to, due to injuries, but you work with what you got and be grateful for it. Back days used to be my pride, big deads and big rows, but then I had to do lat pull overdose for so long, so I felt good this morning hitting those heavy @$$ 225lbs, One Arm BB rows.

I'm sure I'll be crashing later, I'm still stimmed, it's been awhile.

Thanks Snag! I still won't be doing any Deads or Bent Over BB rows for who knows how long. After many attempts to return to these lifts and re-injuring myself, it seems my threshold for anything lumbar stressing is 245lbs, 315 MAX! Which are irrelevant weight for deads or BB rows. However, for one arm rows, I don't see myself exceeding 245 anytime soon, so this is a great form of rows for me. The incline double Db's rows are great, too, no stress to the erectors at all.

Another variation of the Incline DB Row is to use an EZ-Bar: Slip the bar under the top portion of the bench and grab the plates on either side; row up with both arms and pinch at the top. Great for the mid-back!

I've done that with the straight bar as well. We used to have a special elevated bench for that as well where we could do it flat.

I find this is much better than a stadard DB Row. I messed up my back symmetry doing the DB Rows. Still working on evening it out.

I've decided to stick with my split of incline press days and my flat/decline days, that way my chest isn't tax to hell each and every time. My incline days are no walk in the park or anything, I'm still pushing 275 on the incline bench and into the 400's on the hammer incline, but I can't push that much weight across the entirety of the workout like my flat/decline days. Considering the intensity of my routine and without cutting too much on the volume, this makes for a good method to prevent overtraining or at least prolong its onset.

I felt strong this morning, I don't normally have the energy or the gumption to go from flat bench to Db's (I do it on occasion, but its uncommon) but today I did and it felt good. For whatever reason, if I bench first, then go to Db's, I can still push 90% of my potential strength, but if I go from Db's to bench, my bench is shot.

Anyway. I was up last night pondering this whole concept of New Years. I'm not sure why people make such a fuss about it. If something significant actually changed or happened as the clock strikes 12, like your credit debt resets to a zero balance or you get some kind of bump in your checking or whatever penalties you may have are forgone, then I'd see the reason to go out and celebrate like its the biggest, most exciting day of the year. Otherwise, as for me, I've always just seen it as another day, but that's just me. I have no qualms with people who celebrate it, all my friends did last night, I just don't understand it personally.

I wasn't trying to be cynical, I didn't mean to come off that way, its not like I've never celebrated New Years before. Maybe its because I partied too much in my late teens, early 20's, so technically, I was having a New Years celebration 3-4 times a week.

I wouldn't quite compare New Years to a birthday or Christmas. Something actually happened on a birthday and Christmas, even without it's religious intonations, is a universal family time, which is significant. My mom makes a fuss about Chinese New Year, but that's very family oriented in our culture, like a Christmas, but I don't see the "significance" of a New Year. Didn't mean to be a downer Snag, i wasn't saying you shouldn't celebrate New Years, I just didn't understand the depth of the celebrity that surrounds it.

Maybe it because when you're young, you have the option to party and get drunk whenever, so any weekend can be New Years, perhaps when that is no longer an option, New Years will mean something.

Actually, the oldest person I know here is probably Irish, but in a good, mature way. A wise beyond your years type of thing.
 
I find that as far as holidays go it seems that the people with addictions most greatly benefit. Like Dreamweaver said it is an excuse to get drunk, eat junk food and do drugs. Awww cmon its new years!! Wasted, people make hollow promises about how to change and be better. After this pack im quitting, after this hangover im slowing down on drinking and after this $400 nutraplanet order im not buying supps for while.... lol.

I've done fairly well, though, my last NP order was Nov 1st; $190 then .. adds up to about $100 of supplements each month.

I'm hoping to get into a cut this spring. That's when I normally get bit by the cardio bug, where I turn into an obsessed cardio and carb nazi.

Absolutely true with me. I'll be half way through a current cycle, when I suddenly start stocking up for the next adventure.
